Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Application Lifecycle Management: Owns complex application features or modules end-to-end (design → build → test → deploy → support). Leads configuration, customization, and enhancement efforts. Designs and validates integrations and data flows in coordination with engineering and infrastructure teams.
- Business Analysis & Solution Design: Leads translation of business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Analyzes business needs and designs digital solutions at the team, department, and enterprise levels. Recommends process and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develops and executes comprehensive test plans to ensure software reliability. Oversees testing cycles and validates production readiness, considering downstream, upstream, and cross-functional dependencies to minimize risk and maintain stable operational flows.
- Operational Support & Incident Management: Resolves complex application issues and manages multiple initiatives concurrently. Leads major incident response and problem management efforts. Implements preventive fixes to reduce recurring issues.
- Training, Documentation & Knowledge Management: Designs training programs and advanced end-user documentation. Serves as a subject matter resource for users and support teams.
- Collaboration & Vendor Partnership: Delivers high-quality, customer-focused support. Collaborates closely with vendors, developers, and cross-functional teams. Coordinates releases and supports adoption of new functionality.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentors junior analysts. Defines support standards and best practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of developing, configuring, supporting, or operating software applications.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and coordinate UAT for small to medium initiatives.
- Intermediate application configuration skills and workflow understanding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical users across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common productivity tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and ITIL concepts.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, including small initiatives, with minimal guidance.
- Able to apply knowledge of one or more application domains (e.g. EHR, ERP, CRM, HRIS) to support configuration, workflows, and user needs.
- Supports change and release activities; applies integration knowledge, including data mapping and log/trace analysis, under guidance.
Minimum Job Qualifications
- High school/GED/Diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
- 4 years of Information Technology experience supporting business or clinical systems applications required.
- Information Technology experience supporting business or clinical systems applications in a healthcare environment preferred.

This is a per diem position with a rotating weekend schedule. The role requires a minimum of 16 hours per month, with the opportunity for additional hours based on coverage needs.

- Practices as a pharmacy technician in accordance with all federal, state, DFCI and Joint Commission policies, regulations and standards
- Fills medication orders according to policy, while gaining proficiency with advanced preparations
- Ensures timely delivery of medication orders and/or supplies
- Utilizes multiple systems such as EHR (Electronic Health Record, Inventory Management Systems and other systems to complete and document duties. Identify issues and report as necessary
- Maintains the Pharmacy inventory: sorting, stocking, rotation of stock and expiration date checking
- Performs and documents quality control steps as required for safety and regulatory requirements
- Performs cleaning of sterile and non-sterile areas of the pharmacy as assigned.
- Trains other employees as assigned
- Communicates and escalates issues or problems
- May be assigned to cross-cover other locations or areas (e.g. materials management, outpatient, infusion, etc.)
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Performs sterile and non-sterile compounding of predominately hazardous drugs in compliance with USP <795>, USP <797>, USP <800>, DFCI policies and procedures and, when applicable research protocols
- Ensures compliance with requirements of medications within Research Protocols as assigned
- Maintains and supports Automated Dispensing cabinets including Federal controlled substance retrieving from Return drawer once certified
- Stocking emergency medication as appropriate by site
- Sets up and logs pharmacy batch compound products
- Site-Specific Infusion Technician Duties May Include:
- Provides ADS downtime support. Applicable to Chestnut Hill, Satellites and Pediatric
- Performs essential pharmacy inventory functions (e.g. ordering and receiving). Applicable to Chestnut Hill, Satellites and Pediatric
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Ability to accurately perform pharmaceutical calculations
- Ability to utilize pharmacy technology systems
- Ability to develop proficiency of aseptic technique and the compounding of sterile products
- Ability to develop proficiency and mastery of compounding of non-sterile products
- Ability to independently troubleshoot issues and assist in resolution or escalation to the appropriate resource
- Ability to treat all others (fellow pharmacy staff, patients, nurses, providers, support personnel, etc.) with the utmost professionalism and respect
- Ability to effectively work within a collaborative team-focused environment
- Participate in department meetings and functions to promote a successful and efficient pharmacy workgroup
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills (ability to analyze information objectively and make a reasoned judgment)

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
The position requires a high school diploma or current enrollment in an accredited entry-level degree program for Pharmacy or a related field. The position also requires 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, including at least 1 year of compounding experience. The Technology Transfer Accountant II is a key member of the Accounting and Finance function of the Belfer Office for Dana-Farber Innovations (BODFI). With support from their manager and senior members of the BODFI Finance team, the role helps provide day-to-day post agreement execution financial management for financial bearing agreements negotiated by BODFI, ensuring the timely and accurate recording of financial information within BODFI’s current database.
In addition, this position is responsible for numerous general accounting functions that involve preparation, analysis, and reconciliation of BODFI’s accounting records, internal and external financial reports, and accounting policies and procedures. This role provides assistance to BODFI Finance and Operations management in the implementation of any new or modified accounting systems and in the coordination and preparation for audits.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of financial systems and processes to meet BODFI operational goals. Test and learn new workflows and processes to enhance daily operations and data management. Reconcile data within the Minuet database in collaboration with management and partner offices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing interim, monthly, and annual financial reports to monitor income from financial-bearing agreements. Perform budget-to-actual reconciliations and prepare monthly cash reporting for BODFI. Support the legal accrual process as needed.
- Prepare detailed reconciliations and analyses for assigned responsibilities and special projects, collaborating with General Accounting and Research Accounting when necessary. Reconcile milestone cash receipts in Minuet against SRA payments recorded in Workday. Track SRA milestones to support timely invoicing and coordinate with appropriate departments as needed.
- Responsible and accountable for monitoring all BODFI receivables including sponsored research funding and licensing revenue.
- Work with BODFI’s Database Manager, BODFI Finance, and on occasions other pertinent departments, to research and resolve data and system discrepancies as they relate to financial operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Practices as a pharmacist in accordance with all federal, state, DFCI and Joint Commission policies, regulations, and standards.
2. Ensures medication orders and/or prescriptions for appropriateness, accuracy and completeness based on patient-specific parameters and clinical data.
3. Provides clinical consultation and evidenced based recommendations for treatment plans, supportive care, dose adjustments and monitoring plans to clinicians regarding pharmacotherapy needs for patients based on literature, clinical practice guidelines and institutional standards.

The Inpatient Rehab units at Chelsea Hospital care for patients requiring comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation after traumatic brain injuries, cerebral vascular accidents, amputations, debility, poly trauma or spinal cord injuries. Inpatient Rehab is a collaborative program between Chelsea Hospital and University of Michigan Health, staffed by a team of award-winning U-M Health rehab physicians and Chelsea Hospital nurses, therapists, and specialists.
Our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit has recently expanded to a 40-bed unit and is now accepting higher acuity patients. As part of our commitment to excellence in patient care, we are proud to be participating in the Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Model System.
Shift Available: Nights – 6:30pm-7am
Status Available: Part time, benefit eligible (48 hours per pay period – every two weeks)

- The Senior RA is responsible for the following primary functions autonomously with supervisory input as needed
- Grant Preparation (pre-award): Responsible for all administrative aspects of grant preparation of sponsored research applications. Review sponsor eligibility and application requirements and ensure applicants understand them, responsible for the entire application excluding scientific content, meet and communicate internal and external deadlines in a strict deadline-driven environment, research funding opportunities for investigators, draft non-scientific materials for proposals, coordinate with administrators and faculty from other departments or organizations to complete proposals, coordinate institutional review of proposals by Grants & Contracts and submission to sponsors, prepare JIT information and responses to other pre-award inquiries.
- Portfolio Management (post-award): Responsible for the financial management of sponsored and institutional funds portfolio management. Prepare financial and narrative reports for sponsors while managing and adhering to specified deadlines, provide projection and project summary reports to investigators on a regular basis, ensure spending adheres to budget and sponsor and Institute guidelines, invoice and monitor receivables for clinical trial enrollment when appropriate, establish billing agreements as appropriate, track milestones and receivables for industry agreements.

Ongoing - process merit, equity and promotions requests. Manage salary allocations in adherence to funding guidelines and availability. Offboarding - manage termination process checklist, process termination paperwork.
- Compliance: Partners with faculty and researchers to ensure adherence to internal and external policies. This includes consulting with faculty/OGC/Innovations on MTA, DUA and consulting agreement processes. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinical Expertise
- Demonstrates expertise in areas of oncology clinical practice, by participating in patient care to identify opportunities for improvement, assess staff performance, and facilitate implementation of new practices.

The Senior Director of Product and Technology leads the strategic planning, development, and implementation of advanced technology platforms and products to support Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s (DFCI) research community. Reporting to the Vice President of Research Informatics Operations (RIO), this role oversees the design, development, and continuous enhancement of systems that serve basic research labs, clinical trial informatics, research administration, and scientific computing.
This role requires expertise in product management, systems integration, IT infrastructure, and data acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with the operational needs of researchers and the strategic goals of the Institute. The Senior Director manages a large team of product managers, developers, and infrastructure specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative, scalable, and user-centered solutions. This position also collaborates with senior executives, faculty, and research leaders to address the complex needs of the DFCI research community.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Responsibilities
- Partners with VP of RIO to develop a clear product and technology strategy and vision, aligning the product roadmap and product goals with the overall Institute goals, market trends, and various client needs.
- Oversees the product planning process by leading matrixed, cross-functional teams to prioritize features, define requirements and create roadmaps for every product ensuring a successful product development lifecycle for all research systems and platforms.
- Leads a large department of directors, associate directors, product managers, developers, integration developers, quality assurance (QA) analysts, and infrastructure specialists. Ensures the department meets key Institute performance indicators (KPIs)s, identifies operational risks, and provides mitigation strategies.

- Collaborates regularly with the Senior Director of Architecture and Strategy to align the overall strategic direction for new product designs within the context of the entire research product landscape. - Ensures the team regularly identifies opportunities for leveraging AI technologies, including LLMs, to enhance product innovation and streamline research processes.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, development, implementation, scalability, and on-going enhancements of over 30 research systems and platforms with more than 14K users at DFCI and various internal and external research collaborating entities, including the DF/HCC.
- Provides solutions for all oncology-related work and activities for the DF/HCC.
- Oversees the entire lifecycle of the full suite of the product portfolio; from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.
- Collaborates closely with RIO Account Services leadership, who support the Basic Research & Research Administration, Translational Research and Clinical Trials Research domains, to identify and prioritize solution delivery across the entire research enterprise including multiple departments, labs, and external collaborators. Collaborates with other I&A client-facing leads to provide platform solutions for clinical and business operations, as needed.
- Oversees the integration of AI technologies into product management processes, ensuring continuous innovation and alignment with emerging technological advancements.
- Ensures the product management teams follow a standardized framework for product roadmaps, release management, security, integration, and hardware.
- Collaborates closely with the Bioinformatics, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Operations (AIOS), Enterprise Analytics, Enterprise Data Warehouse I&A capability teams to provide comprehensive solutions delivery for products and services that require cross-functional support.
- Provides product leadership for all research-facing systems and services developed within the Bioinformatics and AIOS. Examples include: the Bioinformatics workbench platform, the AI platform for model development and deployment, and the internal DFCI ChatGPT4 platform.
- Assumes direct responsibility for the Engineering team’s efforts by overseeing product managers who are tasked with the development and management of DFCI in-house software solutions. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Delivers expert, evidence-based nursing care to patients and families.
1. Implements nursing process:
a. Assesses patient and family needs.

7. Identifies appropriate community resources to promote continuity of care and makes appropriate referrals.
8. Complies with accepted standards of professional nursing practice, as well as with all licensure/registration requirements applicable to the nursing role.

G. Procedural Nurse Responsibilities
1. Delivers expert, evidence-based nursing care to patients and families.
2. Perform pre procedural assessment with patients by obtaining medical history via pre procedural phone call to provide patient specific instructions:
a. Assess safety and tolerability of procedural sedation.
b. Perform medication reconciliation.
c. Review procedural sedation history.
d. Provide pre procedural instructions, providing the patient with opportunity to ask clinical questions without requiring separate call back.
3. Create patient specific premedication regiment in collaboration with procedure APP.
4. Obtain IV access and preprocedural lab work.
5. Administered preprocedural procedural medications, titrating according to specific patient needs. Also administer chemotherapy and performs procedures safely and efficiently in accordance with Institute policy. May administer blood transfusions.
6. Work as co-sign to Intrathecal Chemotherapy administered by APP.
7. Assists in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patient`s physical condition.
8. Maintains awareness of procedural suite activities and works with the Procedure Suite team to maximize workflow.
9. Keeps abreast of changing techniques in procedural nursing and maintains a high level of expertise in critical care.
10. Responsible for intraprocedural monitoring of patients not limited to maintain active airway, assesses effective circulation and respiration via capnography and telemetry monitoring.
11. Safely recover patients post sedation, perform discharge teaching, and evaluate safety of patient discharge.
12. Coordinate correct research specimen collection with research coordinators.
13. Maintain Joint commission readiness.
14. Provide as needed support for biopsy specimen collection when not acting in a procedural sedation role.
