Who We Are (And Why We’re Different)
At Team Rehab, we’re a therapist-owned family of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Since 2001, we’ve operated under one simple truth: Where teamwork makes the dream work. Responsibilities:
What Your Day Looks Like

Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.
Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.

What Our Team Says
"This is the healthiest work environment I’ve been in as a PT. The support from leadership is unmatched."
"I don’t feel micromanaged. I feel trusted to do my job well and valued for who I am, not just the work I do."
"To be honest, I wish I had found Team Rehab earlier in my career. It’s genuine, fun, and we support one another to succeed."
Qualifications:
Are You Our Next Teammate?
If you have a passion for patient care, a collaborative mindset, and a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, we want to meet you! Whether you're a new grad looking for your first "work home" or a seasoned clinician ready for a change, we have a spot for you.
