Job Description:
Working with the department manager, the RN Charge Nurse provides leadership and clinical expertise on their respective shift and department. They coordinate unit resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels based on the unique needs of patients on the unit, both clinically and financially. They function as clinical support for staff and are a role model of competency and professionalism.
Positions specifics -NIGHT SHIFT - eligible for 10% 7p-11p; 15% shift differential 11p-7a and 10% weekend differential (Fri 11p-Sun 11p);
Essential Functions
- Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status (including cognitive, communicative and developmental skills as appropriate).
- Seeks and evaluates information acquired from other members of interdisciplinary team: patient, family, physician, non-nursing disciplines, support staff, others.
- Uses assessment information and critical thinking skills to collaboratively develop individualized plan of care. Actively seeks patient, family, team, and physician involvement to develop plan of care including needed education.
- Collaboratively plans and prepares patients for further support needs once the current episode of care outcomes are met (i.e., teaching, referrals, and follow-up).
- Directs the interdisciplinary care team via delegation, coordination, and collaboration. Provides or delegates care consistent with plan of care, guidelines of care, and professional licensure provisions.
- Demonstrates the ability to set priorities and to coordinate and organize patient care delivery through managing time, supplies, and resources.
- Evaluates patient response to interventions through review of achievement of goals, clinical outcomes, and patient and family satisfaction. Revises plan of care as indicated and reassesses changes as appropriate.
- Demonstrates professional behavior. Ensures staff accountability to the same standards. Encourages nursing professionalism by coaching and developing others.
- Integrates legal and ethical standards into practice, complies with regulatory standards, practices within scope of licensure, provides accurate & timely documentation, and understands legal implications of care delivery.
- Estimates current and next shift staffing needs to deliver optimal patient care. Matches nurse skill levels with patient requirements.
- Manages premium pay and overtime efficiently for cost-effectiveness and allocates resources appropriately.
- Accountable for operational and clinical leadership of the unit or department including setting clear expectations and holding staff accountable for outcomes and behaviors.
- Mediates conflicts between staff, families, physicians, and other departments.
- Acts as a resource for setting clear expectations related to hourly rounds, communication boards, and joint bedside report.
- Guides others and initiates conversations using appropriate tools to resolve problems and to encourage accountability and professional growth.
- Supports and enforces Intermountain and unit policies and procedures to ensure safety, quality, compliance, and patient care.
- Activates chain of command, rapid response, or code alerts when appropriate to facilitate patient and staff safety.
- Actively participates in and facilitates continuous quality improvement in areas of clinical care, service experience, and operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Unit Specific Certification as required (i.e., ACLS, PALS, etc.).
- Experience in assigned clinical area.
- Mentoring experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified). Registered Nurses (RNs) hired or promoted into this role must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four years of their hire or promotion date. If there is an existing education agreement, that agreement will take precedence.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of clinical nursing experience.
Physical Requirements
- Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
- Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.
- Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.
- Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items. Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc.)
- May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
- For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.

WVUHS Medical Group seeks a full-time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician practicing Pain Management. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in the primary location of Oakland, Maryland.
Duties: The successful candidate will require a variety of clinical and technical skills including EMG reads, coordination, workup, diagnosis, treatment, interventional and medical management with follow-up to pain patients.
Qualifications: Successful candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD or DO degree or foreign educational equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Responsibilities will include providing excellent care in an outpatient setting. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the time of appointment.

Position Summary
MultiCare has an exciting opportunity for a student enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Care Program within the State of Washington to join our Intern program. Under the general supervision of a licensed respiratory care practitioner, you will provide respiratory care to patients of all ages, limited to only those procedures that have been completed in the associated Respiratory Care School curriculum. In addition, to clinical duties, the Respiratory Care Intern will also function as an equipment assistant for the various Respiratory Care Departments within MultiCare.
Responsibilities:
- Provides respiratory care to assigned population under the guidance of a licensed Respiratory Care Practioner
- Cleans, assembles, and maintains respiratory equipment; distributes equipment and supplies within the facilities; assesses non-stock par levels and communicates needs for ordering process
- Assists in special projects as delegated by leadership team.
Requirements:
- BLS required
- Currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited Respiratory Care Program within the State of Washington
- Currently in Junior year of 4-year Respiratory Program or completing first year of Respiratory Program for 2-year academic systems.

Position Summary
The Medical Receptionist is the first in-person point of contact for a patient on behalf of the medical practice. They are responsible for all aspects of front office duties assigned by a clinic. Essential Functions

Position Summary

POSITION PURPOSE
TheClinicLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care in outpatient and clinic settings, supporting providers through delivery of patient care, clinical procedures, and patient education using evidence-based practices. This role involves managing clinical data, performing wellness screenings, andfacilitatingreferrals, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure high-quality, efficient care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assistsin training, orienting, and supportingstaff within the referral management team.Work includes cross coverage in other clinic areas as team needs.
Document patient plan(s) of care, tests and examination results in the medical record as directed by theprovider. Escalatenon-routine issues, questions and/or concerns to the practice manager or healthcare provider(s).
Ensure safety checklists/quality controls are completed asrequired.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationrequiredwithin 3 months of hire.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver patients and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds. EMTs must frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach while providing emergency care, often in physically demanding and high-stress situations. Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are essential for operating medical equipment and performing life-saving procedures. Adequate visual and auditory acuity is necessary to assess patients and respond effectively to emergencies. The work environment varies widely and includes hospitals, clinics, assisted living facilities, and outdoor or uncontrolled settings.
EMTs are regularly exposed to extreme temperatures, poor lighting, inclement weather, and potentially hazardous conditions. There is a high risk of exposure to blood, body fluids, and airborne pathogens, requiring strict adherence to OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines.
The role may involve irregular hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts. EMTs must remain calm, focused, and effective in emotionally charged and unpredictable environments.

What you'll bring:

This is a Per Diem (Registry) Registered Nurse position within the Outpatient Oncology Infusion Center.
Schedule and position requirements include:
During orientation and training, candidates must be available to commit to 2–3 shifts per week to support consistent training and successful completion of orientation.
Once orientation and training are successfully completed, the minimum scheduling requirement is one shift every other week.
Available shift options include:
12-hour shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
10-hour shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Required participation in a monthly 4-hour Saturday rotation from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Required participation in a Sunday on-call rotation for antibiotic patients only, approximately every 2–3 months.

The Distribution Specialist is responsible for accurately and timely fulfillment of customer’s orders from the Memorial Hermann Consolidated Service Center (CSC) to our acute care hospitals and other entities. The Specialist is responsible for several functions including: operating material handling equipment, radio frequency (RF) units, ring scanners, voice picking units and utilizing our warehouse management system (WMS) to pick orders. Automatous robots (AMRs) will be used throughout the CSC to pick orders from low unit of measure (LUM) areas. Position works with various departments within the CSC such as Customer Service, Logistics and Transportation to follow up and resolve customer order shipment issues. The Distribution Specialist typically reports to the Order Fulfillment Manager.
Job Description
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
Licenses/Certifications: Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification preferred
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
One (1) year of order fulfillment experience required
Prior experience successfully operating and maintaining forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other electric material handling equipment

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accurately picks customer orders utilizing warehouse management system (WMS), robotics, and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to complete multiple orders.
Sorts totes and cases of cardboard boxes or shipping containers by scanning, retrieving and placing orders on pallets.
Utilizes MHE to move all outbound customer orders to the shipping dock area.
Performs order induction activities for the low unit of measure (LUM) robotic picking activities.
Resolves any order errors prior to shipment.
Prepares, shrink wraps, and loads pallets onto delivery trucks for shipment.
May be required to work overtime and/or weekends.
Enforces and practices safety rules to maintain a safe working environment.
