Job Summary
An RN Unit Manager is a registered nurse responsible for the overall clinical operations, staff management, patient care quality, and regulatory compliance of a nursing unit. The role combines clinical leadership, staff supervision, care coordination, quality improvement, and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage nursing staff.
Coordinate daily unit operations and staffing.

Ensure compliance with facility, state, and CMS regulations.
