What You'll Be Doing

As a valued member of our dental family, you'll play an important role in helping our patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing thorough, gentle dental cleanings and periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planing.
* Assessing patients' oral health, reviewing medical histories, and monitoring vital signs as appropriate.
* Educating patients about oral hygiene in a way that's friendly, encouraging, and easy to understand.
* Building lasting relationships with patients of all ages and helping them feel comfortable and cared for.
* Working closely with our dentists and team to develop personalized treatment plans.
* Creating positive dental experiences for our youngest patients.
* Maintaining accurate patient records using Eaglesoft dental software.
* Following infection control and safety protocols to keep everyone healthy and protected.
* Bringing a positive attitude, team spirit, and a little fun to each workday!

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is not only great at what they do but also a wonderful addition to our team culture.

Our ideal candidate:

* Holds a current, valid state Dental Hygienist license.
* Is passionate about patient care and takes pride in doing things well.
* Has excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
* Is dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
* Understands the importance of infection control and clinical best practices.
* Enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a positive workplace.
* Is comfortable with dental technology; Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
* Loves building relationships and making patients feel like part of the family.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
