*Position Summary:*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused *Radiation Therapist* to join our team. This role involves direct patient care, accurate treatment delivery, and coordination with clinical staff to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and treatment plans
* Operate linear accelerators and maintain treatment equipment
* Ensure accurate setup and positioning of patients
* Monitor patients during treatment and respond to side effects or complications
* Document treatments accurately in the EMR
* Maintain safety and infection control protocols
* Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Dosimetrists, and the clinical team

*Qualifications:*

* Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
* ARRT certification (Radiation Therapy – T)
* State licensure in CA
* Current BLS certification
* New graduates welcome to apply; experience preferred
* Strong communication and patient service skills

*Compensation & Benefits:*

* Starting at $72/hour
