This role leads a team responsible for data compilation, analysis, and reporting and partners with revenue cycle operations, Information Technology, and other stakeholders to strengthen performance monitoring, data integrity, and reporting effectiveness.

In this role, you will:
• Manage the development and distribution of recurring and ad hoc revenue cycle reports, dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicator reporting across revenue cycle functions.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, variances, performance issues, denials, billing concerns, and workflow inefficiencies and provide data insights that support operational decision-making.
