MWI seeks to add a *neuropsychologist* to join our practice to address the growing demand for general neuropsychology services. The clinical practice model is based on the neuropsychologist's interview and interpretation, supported by psychometric-administered testing.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy, and motivated *Neuropsychologist *interested in serving all ages. Interested candidates must have experience and be dependable, punctual, and able to communicate professionally.
Qualifications
*Requirements*
* Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations, including intake assessments & follow-up assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support for individuals with mental health conditions.
* Create, communicate, and carry out treatment plans with the patient.
* Complete full and appropriate documentation to support professional billing for services.
* Interpret test results to diagnose any health issues and provide feedback to patients.
* Educate and counsel patients regarding medication compliance.
* Experience and/or interest in working with Veterans.
* Communicate with patients regarding diagnosis and treatment plans.
* Communicate with, and make appropriate referrals to, PCPs and/or specialists.
* Provide services at community partnership locations.
* Maintain required licensure, certifications, and CME credits.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Education and Experience:*
* Must be eligible for an active & unrestricted license to practice in North Dakota.
* Must have completed a doctoral degree from an accredited psychology program.
* Internship experience in neuropsychology and a postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology.
* Eligibility for or certification by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Clinical Neuropsychology is strongly preferred.
* Eligible for credentialing with all major insurance plans and to participate in Medicare.
* Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required.
* Computer literate and experienced with Electronic Medical Records.

Qualifications
* Clinical Assessment: Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients to determine accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
* Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, which may include medication management, psychotherapy, and other therapeutic interventions
* Medication Management: Prescribe and monitor appropriate psychotropic medications, adjusting dosages and treatment plans as needed

* Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for coping and recovery
* Community Outreach: Engage in community outreach and education efforts to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental illness
* Continuing Education: Stay current with advancements in psychiatry by attending conferences, workshops, and staying informed about the latest research and treatment modalities.
*Qualifications*
* Medical Degree: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
* Psychiatry Residency: Completion of a psychiatry residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA)
* Licensure: Current and valid medical license to practice psychiatry in the state of Montana
* Board Certification: Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or equivalent
* Clinical Skills: Proficient in diagnostic assessment, medication management, and various therapeutic modalities
* Compassion: Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care, with a genuine interest in improving patients' mental well-being
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
* Ethical Conduct: Adherence to the highest ethical and professional standards in patient care and interactions
* Adaptability: Flexibility to work within a diverse patient population and adapt to changing clinical needs
