*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform daily duties as a staff pharmacist while providing clinical pharmacy services.
* Review patient medication regimens and clinical data to identify drug interactions, incompatibilities, dosing concerns, and other medication-related issues.
* Consult with prescribers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy.
* Calculate and recommend appropriate medication doses, including pharmacokinetic dosing, for patients of all ages.
* Interpret laboratory values, patient age, weight, and other clinical information to determine appropriate medication dosing.
* Provide drug information and medication-related education to patients and healthcare professionals.
* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and patient care teams related to medication management.
* Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure pharmacy tasks are completed accurately and appropriately.
* Participate in formulary management, including new medication reviews, drug class reviews, therapeutic interchange, and recommendations for additions or deletions.
* Maintain and support the effective use of drug information resources.
* Assist with the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of pharmacy policies and procedures.
* Monitor and analyze adverse drug reactions (ADRs), including preventability and severity, and communicate findings to pharmacy leadership and the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.
* Report ADRs to the FDA when appropriate and incorporate findings into quality improvement initiatives.
* Conduct drug utilization evaluations and communicate findings and recommendations for process improvement.
* Develop and participate in quality improvement initiatives related to medication management.
* Participate in pharmacy staff education and competency assessments on clinical and medication-related topics.
* Assist with Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee activities, including new drug reviews and pharmacy newsletters.
* Ensure medications are used safely, accurately, and appropriately for patients of all ages in accordance with professional standards, hospital policies, and pharmacy procedures.
*Minimum Qualifications*
* *Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.*
* *Current, valid Pennsylvania pharmacist license REQUIRED*
* Knowledge of hospital pharmacy practice, medication therapy, drug distribution, and medication control processes.
* Ability to interpret medication orders and clinical information accurately.
* Ability to calculate medication doses and apply pharmacokinetic principles.
* Ability to interpret laboratory values and other patient-specific information when evaluating medication therapy.
* Proficiency with computers and pharmacy technology, including automated dispensing cabinets and other pharmacy equipment.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
* Strong communication, clinical judgment, organizational, and supervisory skills.
*Work Environment & Schedule*
This position works in a contemporary hospital pharmacy environment providing unit-dose medication distribution, IV admixture services, drug information, and clinical pharmacy services using computerized pharmacy systems.
* Pharmacist coverage is provided *7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday*, and *7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Saturday, Sunday, and holidays*.
* Shift hours may vary based on departmental coverage needs.
* *Regular after-hours call coverage is required.*
* Pharmacists must be able to return to the hospital *within one hour of receiving a call-back request.*

This position is responsible for producing high-quality X-ray images for screening and/or diagnostic purposes for a specified patient population, while also performing Medical Assistant duties within the Express Care setting.
*Key Responsibilities*
Radiologic Duties:
* Operate and calibrate all diagnostic X-ray equipment
* Produce high-quality diagnostic radiographs for radiologist interpretation
* Review physician orders and suspected pathology to ensure appropriate testing
* Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
* Maintain competency in patient care techniques for all age groups
* Follow all radiation safety policies and procedures; consult with Radiation Safety Officer as needed
Patient Care & Clinical Support:
* Register patients in the TAH Meditech system
* Respond to patient questions regarding procedures and processes
* Draw blood using proper techniques and procedures
* Perform waived laboratory testing accurately
* Monitor and record daily temperatures and perform quality control checks
Operational Responsibilities:
* Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all equipment
* Order and manage necessary supplies
* Monitor and check expiration dates on supplies
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Imaging Director
*Education & Experience:*
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Completion of formal radiologic technology training from an AMA-approved program
* Eligible for or registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
* If registry-eligible, must obtain certification within one year of hire
* Current BLS certification required

*Position Summary*
The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides evidence-based physical therapy services to maximize independence, restore function, and improve quality of life. This position works collaboratively with physicians, therapy staff, patients, and caregivers to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
*Essential Responsibilities*
* Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Establish functional, measurable goals based on each patient's needs.
* Provide therapeutic interventions and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
* Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, treatment plans, and safe mobility techniques.
* Assess the need for assistive devices, splints, and orthotics, and provide recommendations as appropriate.
* Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate with referring providers regarding progress when necessary.
* Complete timely, accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries.
* Ensure physician orders are received prior to initiating therapy services.
* Accurately document charges for services provided.
* Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and other rehabilitation team members to provide coordinated patient care.
* Participate in department quality improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and continuing education.
* Assist with orientation and clinical supervision of students, volunteers, and new team members as needed.
* Follow all departmental policies, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
*Qualifications*
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
* Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Basic computer proficiency, including electronic documentation.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
