Three Rivers Physical Therapy is expanding. Rare opportunity to join our skilled therapy team. Ideal candidate will have experience in pelvic floor rehab, ortho rehab and/or lymphedema management skills. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized care plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function across diverse patient populations.
*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions using physiology and anatomy knowledge to identify impairments and functional limitations
* Develop and execute tailored care plans incorporating evidence-based physical therapy techniques
* Assist patients across various settings including inpatient, outpatient, pediatrics, and geriatrics to achieve optimal recovery outcomes
* Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document assessments, treatment progress, and care plans accurately and efficiently
* Provide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance strategies
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to adjust treatment protocols based on patient response and evolving needs
*Skills*
* Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practice
* Skilled in designing effective care plans that address diverse patient needs including orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and sports injuries
* Proficient in EMR systems for documentation and patient management
* Knowledge of discharge planning procedures and transition of care processes
* Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to support recovery journeys
