\* Helps occupational therapy clients by providing rehabilitative services to persons with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments.
\* Provides services under the direction of licensed occupational therapist.
\* Verifies client information by interviewing client, reviewing and recording medical history, confirming purpose of treatment.

\* Monitors activities to make sure they are performed correctly and provides encouragement, bringing treatment that is not having the intended effect to the attention of the therapist.
\* Maintains patient occupational therapy records by recording client’s progress for use by the occupational therapist.

\* Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
\* Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.

Overview:
Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time
As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for making meaningful differences in clients’ lives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs.

Implement strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavior changes.

Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track patient progress and communicate with stakeholders.
Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies at home.
Provide guidance on managing challenging behaviors and enhancing communication and social skills.
Work closely with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and share insights to optimize care plans and outcomes.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct support staff, providing training and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Conduct regular performance reviews and offer professional development opportunities for team members.
Engage with community resources and support networks to enhance the client’s social and environmental integration.
Ensure that all interventions and practices adhere to ethical guidelines, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and autism treatment, integrating new research and best practices into clinical work.
Address and manage crisis situations effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques and ensuring the safety of the client and others.
Complete and finalize daily clinical documentation within SpringHealth’s EHR.
Assist in developing procedures for training materials for staff with the purpose of enhancing programs for clients and ensuring that program operations are in compliance with established guidelines.
Continued education on behaviorally based interventions & techniques to stay competitive in the field.
Complete monthly & quarterly notes outlining the client’s progression through goals.
Qualifications:
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
Review and interpret highly technical information; write technical materials; and/or speak persuasively to implement desired actions; and analyze situations to define core issues and draw conclusions.
Specific knowledge-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include age-appropriate activities/behaviors; understanding of CPT codes/payor rules/regulations/policies; language grammar/punctuation/spelling/vocabulary; and research-based accepted treatment modalities and assessment.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, infrequent lifting to 50 pounds, frequent pushing, pulling, reaching, turning, twisting, bending, stooping, and squatting, walking, and climbing.

Optimum Care Partners is seeking a *Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist (MD/DO)* to join our growing outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a neurologist interested in becoming an integral part of an expanding multidisciplinary healthcare organization.
We are specifically seeking a physician who is experienced and comfortable with the *evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of traumatic brain injury (TBI)*, including patients with persistent neurological symptoms following head injury. The physician will also evaluate and manage a broad range of general neurological conditions within an outpatient setting.
This is a *full-time outpatient position with no routine inpatient hospitalist responsibilities*. The position offers an opportunity to help develop and grow our neurology service line while working alongside an established team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with *traumatic brain injury (TBI)* and related neurological symptoms.
* Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
* Evaluate and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders, which may include:
* Headaches and migraines
* Concussion and post-concussion symptoms
* Neuropathy
* Seizure disorders
* Memory and cognitive concerns
* Dizziness and balance disorders
* Movement disorders
* Multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions
* Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing, imaging, laboratory studies, and neurodiagnostic evaluations.
* Coordinate referrals to neuropsychology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, rehabilitation, and other specialists when appropriate.
* Provide ongoing neurological management and follow-up care.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and advanced practice providers.
* Participate in the continued development and growth of Optimum Care Partners' outpatient neurology program.
Qualifications
* MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
* Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
* Eligible for or currently holds an unrestricted medical license in the State of Oklahoma.
* Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
* Experience evaluating and treating *traumatic brain injury and concussion-related neurological conditions* strongly preferred.
* Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Evaluate residents’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional limitations.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s needs, goals, and medical condition.
* Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfers, strengthening, functional mobility training and justify in documentation accordingly.
* Assist residents in maximizing independence with activities of daily living and mobility.
* Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
* Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises, safety precautions, positioning, mobility, and home exercise programs.
