*Summary*

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH. We have openings for FT/PT and PRN status. We also have a sign on bonus of up to $10,000 for eligible RRTs.

*Responsibilities*

* Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and respiratory status to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding respiratory conditions.
* Operate and maintain ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
* Conduct patient assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy.
* Participate in emergency response situations as needed.
* Stay current with advancements in respiratory therapy practices

*Qualifications*

* Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Ohio.
* Proficient in airway management techniques and ventilator operation.
* Knowledge of medical terminology related to respiratory therapy.
* Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on quality care delivery.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $37.43 - $45.08 per hour
