*Responsibilities*
* Working Manager
* Filling in shifts as needed
* Evaluating and developing new service lines, as needed
* Delegates duties and assignments appropriately to allow time for other job responsibilities.
* Reviews and finalizes staff time and attendance records.
* Monitors used sick time and overtime on an ongoing basis and takes appropriate action to ensure efficient and effective departmental function.
* Reviews all time-off requests and approves after confirming that the hospital's needs will be met.
* Seeks input, identifies problems interfering with cost-effectiveness and staff development, and actively works toward solutions.
* Evaluates employees in the Imaging Department.
* Maintains employees' respect and creates a spirit of cooperation and willingness among department personnel.
* Assists in all departmental sections as needed.
* Supervises and instructs personnel on the release of information, department and Hospital policies, and practices.
* Performs or delegates Radiology Safety Officer Roles and responsibilities.
* Performs Radiology Technologist functions.
* Participates in departmental and intradepartmental meetings.
* Attends Department Manager meetings.
* Maintains effective communication with personnel and medical staff through regular conferences and meetings.
* Applies information learned during informative learning sessions and effectively teaches other pertinent information.

* Generates and provides metrics for the department to the Quality Management Team monthly.

*Skills*
* Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same or similar positions.
* Current Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
* Sub-specialty in CT required
* Sub-specialty qualifications may be required for Mammography
* Knowledge and abilities specific to the specialty.
* Demonstrate initiative to stay current with technological changes affecting the imaging field.
* Current CPR certification.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
* Working knowledge of Google Chrome
* Basic understanding of PACS systems

The Clinic Registered Nurse works under the Clinic Manager to support efficient patient flow, safe, high-quality clinical care, care coordination, and clinic operations across both the Family Practice/Rural Health Clinic and the Specialty Clinic. The RN functions as a member of the interdisciplinary health care team, collaborating with physicians, NP/PAs, medical assistants, patient service representatives, medical records, health educators, specialty providers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive, family-centered, non-judgmental care across the lifespan. The RN also supports specialty clinic workflows, procedures, patient education, follow-up, and care coordination as assigned.
* Assist with daily back-office clinic operations, including patient flow, Medical Assistant support/staffing, visit productivity, billing support, EHR documentation, and the overall patient experience.
* Perform telephone and in-person triage; assess patient needs, prioritize care, gather pertinent histories and clinical information, and communicate findings to the appropriate provider.
* Provide direct nursing care, including nurse visits, medication administration, immunizations, vital signs, monitoring of patient conditions, and assistance with minor procedures within RN scope of practice.
* Provide patient and family education regarding preventive care, healthy lifestyles, disease management, nutrition, exercise, medication adherence, and provider-directed treatment plans.
* Participate in chronic disease management for patients with conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other chronic or complex medical conditions; support care plans and monitor outcomes as directed.
* Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and transitions between care settings to promote continuity of care.

* Experience in family practice, primary care, rural health, ambulatory care, or a highly service-oriented environment preferred
* Experience working with multiple service lines and using metrics or measurement tools to assess results preferred
* Occupational health experience recommended
* Current Colorado RN license or current RN license from a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
* BLS certification required
* PALS certification required
* Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN or COHN-S) preferred
* Ability to communicate clearly and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, staff, physicians, and allied health professionals
