*Position Details:*
The *Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)* works under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services (or designee) and provides hands-on care to patients in alignment with care plans and nursing guidance. CNAs are an essential part of our interdisciplinary team, supporting patients and families while collaborating closely with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers.

* Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
* Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and families
* Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and visits
* Follow individualized care plans while maintaining patient dignity and comfort
* Communicate professionally with families, staff, and healthcare providers

*Qualifications:*

* Deep compassion and commitment to improving the quality of life for patients and families
* Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
* Desire to grow professionally through additional training and certification opportunities
* Strong communication skills and ability to provide 1:1 patient-centered care
* Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
* Current CNA certification in the state of practice

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
