*DENTAL HYGIENIST QUALIFICATIONS:*

* Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
* Current and valid state dental hygiene license
* Certification in dental radiography
* Ability to conduct thorough dental assessments

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* Patient education and guidance on proper oral hygiene practices and maintaining optimal oral health
* Take and develop dental x-rays
* Perform screenings for oral cancer and other dental diseases
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, as well as document clinical notes and observations
* Adhere to strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment
