Available Shifts

* 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
* 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (+ $4.00 Shift Differential)

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available

Responsibilities

* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
* Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
* Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff.
* Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

* Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing.
* Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care.
