We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Physical Therapist to lead and grow our clinic in Winchester, VA (FASST). This is a unique opportunity for a born leader to not only deliver exceptional, hands-on physical therapy but also shape the success and culture of the clinic. You will be instrumental in establishing our reputation for high-quality, patient-centered care.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

Clinical Leadership: Act as the clinical leader for the new location, driving patient outcomes and setting a standard for clinical excellence.

Patient Care: Provide one-on-one, high-level patient care without the use of an aide or technician.

Time Management: Utilize ample time with each patient to apply sound clinical reasoning and ensure the

highest possible level of care and personalized attention.

Diverse Caseload Management: Treat a broad and varied patient population, including athletes, children, and adults with a wide range of pathologies, leveraging the resources of FASST Sports Performance Training facility.

Growth and Development: Play a key role in the growth and expansion of the new clinic.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
