*What You’ll Do*

* Evaluate and treat patients in *dedicated 1-hour sessions*
* Develop and progress individualized treatment plans
* Provide hands-on, evidence-based orthopedic care
* Build strong relationships and help patients return to full function
* Complete accurate and timely documentation
* Mentor students (optional)

*Qualifications*

* California Physical Therapy license (or scheduled exam)
* New graduates encouraged to apply
* Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, not required
* CPR certification preferred
* DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy

*Compensation & Perks*

* *$1,000 Sign-On Bonus* _(after 90 days)_
