_*Pro Step Therapy *_is a growing Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy practice serving children and adults in Onslow County and its surrounding areas. We have outpatient offices in Richlands, NC, Jacksonville, NC and Holly Ridge, NC. We are seeking full time and/or part-time physical therapists to join our team. Candidates must be interested pediatrics. We offer great compensation, flexible schedule and a supportive, experienced work staff. We desire to have an individual who is passionate about meeting a client's individual needs to help them attain their full potential.

*Responsibilities:*

* Complete evaluations using standardized tests, and address patient concerns
* Develop treatment plans by identifying a problem list, create patient goals, and methods to achieve recovery
* Provide physical therapy services to patients by implementing the plan of care and following physician orders
* Maintain documentation of treatment session, necessary to obtain approval from insurance companies
* Be prompt to appointments and maintain a full-time caseload
* Work with children
* Provide services at our outpatient clinic
* Generate and maintain a weekly schedule

*Requirements & Qualifications:*

Must hold a current North Carolina license as a Physical Therapist

* Experience with pediatric patients, or desire to learn
* 1-2 years’ experience working pediatrics, can include Fieldwork
* Ability to build and maintain supportive rapport with patients, families, agencies, case managers, referral sources and other associated parties
* Basic computer software skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* North Carolina Background Check required
* New Grads are welcome
* Able to work as a team that includes OT’s, PT's and SLP’s

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
