*Our Approach:* We specialize in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), an evidence-based naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention (NDBI) framework. Our well-trained team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is skilled in providing individualized, compassionate care aligned with ESDM principles.

*Position Overview:* We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in implementing ESDM/NDBI approaches. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment, providing supervision and mentorship to RBTs while ensuring high-quality service delivery tailored specifically to early learners.

*Responsibilities:*

* Develop, monitor, and oversee individualized treatment plans rooted in the Early Start Denver Model
* Provide consistent, ethical supervision and mentorship to RBT staff
* Conduct ongoing assessments, including VB-MAPP and ESDM checklists
* Facilitate parent training and caregiver coaching sessions to promote generalization of skills
* Ensure compliance with ethical standards, practice guidelines, and company policies
* Participate actively in team meetings and clinic trainings

*Qualifications:*

* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
* Experience implementing the Early Start Denver Model or related NDBI frameworks (highly preferred)
* Commitment to ethical, child-focused care
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage treatment plans and documentation
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
