We are not a clinic that sees 3-4 patients an hour. Our goal for our therapists is 1.5 patients/hr and to provide true quality care for everyone coming through our doors. PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is looking for stellar, licensed physical therapists to join our growing team at our French Valley or Temecula location. We are a physical therapist-owned outpatient, orthopedic practice always on the lookout for energetic, enthusiastic and passionate clinicians to add to our rad team. Our expectation for our therapists is to see 1.5 visits per hour worked (with 1 hour evals). Our focus is on providing quality care — treating the patient, not the injury-- and building lasting relationships. We also believe that home is your time — not time to catch up on documentation. No bringing work home with you. We use an EMR that is at the forefront of documentation and AI integration, and is continually reducing the time required to document.
