We are seeking an Optometrist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for patient care, with comprehensive knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostics and treatment. This position would cover our office on Mondays and Wednesdays, and could lead to full time and eventually ownership. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in optometry while delivering exceptional service in a collaborative environment.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough ophthalmic patient examinations, including assessment of visual acuity, ocular health, and vital signs using advanced medical equipment and diagnostic imaging tools.
* Diagnose eye conditions and disease states, providing appropriate medical treatments or referrals as necessary.
* Perform contact lens fittings and adjustments, ensuring comfort and optimal vision correction for patients.
*Qualifications*
* Valid licensure (or soon to be) as an Optometrist in PA.
* Proven experience in ophthalmology or optometry practice with a focus on patient care and diagnosis.
* Interest in building and developing a sub-specialty especially in dry eye and neurovision.
* Ability to work efficiently within a team environment while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Pay: $650.00 per day
License/Certification:

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Associate Optometrist to join our award-winning team and help us continue expanding our dedicated Dry Eye Clinic.
This is an excellent opportunity for an optometrist who enjoys caring for patients of all ages and would like to develop additional expertise in ocular disease and dry eye diagnosis treatments. We welcome both experienced optometrists and recent graduates.
*The Ideal Candidate*
Our ideal associate has excellent clinical skills, a warm chairside manner, and a genuine desire to build lasting relationships with patients. Candidates should be comfortable providing comprehensive care to pediatric, adult, and senior patients.
Experience in dry eye care is welcomed but not required. We are looking for someone who is excited to learn, grow, and help us continue developing this important area of our practice. Training, mentorship, and support will be provided to the right candidate.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive eye examinations and medical eye care
* Diagnose and manage ocular conditions in patients of all ages
* Clearly and compassionately educate patients about their eye health
* Evaluate and treat dry eye disease using modern diagnostic and treatment options
* Create personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s individual needs
* Collaborate closely with our doctors, technicians, opticians, and administrative team
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records
* Help provide an exceptional patient experience at every visit
*Practice Support*
Our support team handles most of the administrative, technical, billing, and optical responsibilities surrounding each visit allowing our doctors to focus on patient care, clinical decision-making, and developing meaningful relationships with their patients.
Our team provides:
* Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient communication
* Insurance verification, prior authorizations, billing, and claim follow-up
* Patient histories, pretesting, diagnostic pre- testing, and room preparation
* Efficient patient flow and accurate electronic health record entry
* Follow-up coordination
* Eyewear and contact-lens ordering, dispensing, and patient education
* Credentialing, marketing, and practice-growth support
* Assistance developing specialty services, including dry-eye care, specialty contacts
*What We Offer*
* Base salary starting at $105,000.00 to 175,000.00 ($550/to $650/day + production)
* Monthly production incentives
* Full-time schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts
