Job Responsibilities
* Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, medical, and functional mobility conditions
* Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, safety, and independence
* Provide therapy services in SNF and home health environments
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families
* Complete timely and accurate documentation
* Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety recommendations
Qualifications
* Licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana (or eligible)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
* Home health and/or SNF experience preferred, but not required
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

AMG Specialty Hospital - Lafayette is seeking PRN Respiratory Therapist for Night Shifts. Some of the medical conditions that are commonly treated include but are not limited to; Respiratory Failure requiring ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, bipap, cpap, and nasal cannula. Depending on the complexity of these patients, they can require sedation/pain management, pressor management, and cardiac/anti-arrhythmic management. Complicated infections requiring long-term IV antibiotics. Chronic non-healing wounds requiring extensive treatment with wound vacs and frequent dressing changes. RN's will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting. Ability to communicate with physicians, CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

Completion of an approved respiratory care program
Active Louisiana Respiratory Therapist License.

*Job Summary:*
The Certified Athletic Trainer provides high-quality support to physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) in meeting the operational needs of the practice and the medical needs of the patient. The ATC assesses and evaluates patient conditions, and then plans, implements, provides, monitors, evaluates, and documents patient care in a manner according to ATC scope and standards.
* Escorts patients to and from exam rooms and readies them for physicians: Takes vital signs, records medical history/symptoms, patient progress, physical exam, and any special tests as deemed appropriate by Provider.
* At the direction of the Provider: Performs patient education, calling in pharmacy refills, assisting with appointments, or arranging for follow-up tests or admissions.

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team and provide exceptional oral care to our patients. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting good dental health in Pediatric Dentistry. If you are passionate about oral hygiene and patient care, we welcome your application.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, including conducting oral examinations and recording medical history.
- Conduct dental cleanings to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and recommend appropriate dental products.
- Take dental x-rays following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
- Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Schedule patient appointments.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- Proficiency in dental office procedures, and infection control practices.
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment, aseptic technique, anatomy, and pediatric dentistry.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and Dentrix/Dentrix Ascend software is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients ages 1yr-14yrs old.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and follow instructions accurately.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining precise patient records.
