* The SNF Rounding Clinician position is a role that requires management of a full time patient load. SNF Rounding Clinician will be expected to see patients in all settings. This includes, but is not limited to, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, patients homes, etc.
* The SNF Rounding Clinician is responsible for implementing the most appropriate treatment protocols for all patients under their care. *RESPONSIBILITIES:*
