Job Summary
SCHEDULE: Sunday-Thursday (start/finish times are dependent on completion of operational tasks, order fulfillment of 15 hospitals)Position is responsible for coordinating the workflow for Inbound, LUM area, Case Pick area, or Dock area teams in the Memorial Hermann Consolidated Service Center (CSC). Provides direction to employees, assisting supervisors in process control and execution within designated areas.
Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred;
Licenses/Certifications: Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Certification preferred; Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
Minimum two (2) years experience in a distribution warehouse environment and/or in hospital distribution preferred.
Proficiency in leading inbound/outbound activities such as receiving, order selection, staging, and loading.
Ability to resolve receiving discrepancies, vendor invoicing discrepancies, and shipping errors.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for daily tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly
Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to exercise good judgement in handling difficult situations.
Demonstrates ability to work in a high-energy environment with time sensitive projects and processes.
Proficient in operating and maintaining forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other electric material handling equipment.
Ability to perform in a metrics-driven environment
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Aligns employee work assignments in coordination with CSC Management in area of responsibility.
Manages daily operations and monitors workflow within assigned areas.
Conducts investigation of discrepancies and inconsistencies in distribution processes.
Collaborates with identifying departmental process improvements.
Reports daily performance metrics on employees.
Ensures accuracy within processes.
Conducts employee training, including reviewing standard operating procedures.
Ensures compliance with safety and security protocols.
Maintains distribution-related documentation in an orderly manner.
May assist with warehouse, forklift, or clerk duties during order deadlines or staff shortages.
May train new hires on warehouse functions.
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.

What Registered Nurse RN will need:
- A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN
- BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire

Pay Range: $31.62 - $50.79 per hour

WVUHS Medical Group seeks a full-time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician practicing Pain Management. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in the primary location of Oakland, Maryland.
Duties: The successful candidate will require a variety of clinical and technical skills including EMG reads, coordination, workup, diagnosis, treatment, interventional and medical management with follow-up to pain patients.
Qualifications: Successful candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD or DO degree or foreign educational equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Responsibilities will include providing excellent care in an outpatient setting. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the time of appointment.

- Verifies positive patient identification to ensure patient safety. Assesses patient reactions to specimen procurement.
- Performs venipuncture and collects other specimens from newborn, pediatric, and adult patients according to established protocol. Obtains medical assistance when judged necessary.
- Obtains specimens according to priority and scheduled draw times. Ensures completion of specimen collection functions according to protocol.
- Ensures that specimens are properly labeled and suitable for testing. Resolves specimen identification and/or requisition problems and clarifies requests.
- Answers and screens telephone calls. Assists with inventory and maintains supplies and/or equipment.
- Accepts specimens from a variety of internal and external customers. Receives and sorts specimens. Responds to additional specimen procurement requests via pager or other means.
- Orders and verifies test requests. Documents appropriate information for quality assurance/improvement according to established protocol.
- Reviews various pending and management reports. Generates and distributes reports
- Provides assistance in support of Billing and other business functions.
- Instructs employees and students in phlebotomy and data entry.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Neurological assessments including history, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic studies.
- Manage chronic conditions such as dementia, headaches disorders, movement disorders, radiculopathy, and peripheral nerve disease.
- Evaluate and triage new patient referrals and follow-up visits.
- Order and interpret laboratory studies, diagnostic testing
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with collaborating physicians
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication management
- Participate in care coordination with other providers and specialties.
- Document all patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the Electronic Medical Record

1. The professional registered nurse has the authority, responsibility, and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care through the use of the nursing process. This role provides professional nursing care for patients in an inpatient hospital setting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
