We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The FNP will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
* Perform diagnostic tests and interpret laboratory results to guide treatment decisions.
* Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
* Manage catheter care, including catheterization procedures when necessary.
* Utilize EHR for efficient documentation and patient management.
* Participate in utilization management activities to ensure appropriate resource use.
* Engage in sterile processing of medical instruments to maintain a safe clinical environment.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution.
* Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
* Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
* Strong clinical skills in areas of primary care.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
* Ability to lift patients or equipment as required for patient care activities.
* Prior experience in a primary care or family practice setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
