Dental Hygienist – Join Our Patient-Focused Practice

We are a friendly, patient-centered dental practice seeking a skilled and compassionate *Dental Hygienist* to join our team. If you enjoy building lasting relationships with patients and working in a supportive, low-stress environment, we’d love to meet you! We are a general dental office offering a wide range of procedures and technologies. Office has CBCT, mill to make crowns in house, Open Dental PMS, and multiple intraoral scanners.

Responsibilities

* Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, SRP, and adjunct procedures (SDF, Sealants, Curodont, Varnishes)
* Take digital radiographs
* Conduct oral health assessments and charting
* Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene
* Assist in co-diagnosis and treatment planning with the doctor
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records
* Dedication to education and improvement

Qualifications

* Active Maryland Dental Hygiene license
* Strong communication and patient education skills
* Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
* Commitment to high-quality, ethical care
* Not required but encouraged: Local Anesthetic Certification and Nitrous Monitoring Certification
* New Grads encouraged to apply
