Position Summary
The Labor Relations Manager is an excellent opportunity to support labor relations activities across MultiCare Health System. As an independent indirect leader, your role will focus on focus on building positive and influential relationships among all levels in the organization, external labor partners and represented bargaining units.
Responsibilities
- You will advise HR colleagues and others within the organization regarding labor relations matters, helping to develop the appropriate course of prevention and recommended action
- You will serve as chief negotiator representing MultiCare in collective bargaining negotiations
- You will collaborate with leadership and external labor partners to accomplish agreements and positive labor relations
- You will manage the administration of labor contracts; provides an interpretation of labor contracts to managers, employees and HR colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Labor Relations, or related discipline
- Juris Doctorate or Master’s degree preferred
- Human resources professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in labor and employee relations required
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience collective bargaining required, Chief Spokesperson experience strongly preferred
- Experience must include leading contract interpretation and implementation, grievance processing, performance management, and facilitating communication and working relationships with union organizations and management
- Possesses a working knowledge of application of laws and regulatory standards such as FLSA, FMLA, NLRA, EEOC, Workers’ Compensation, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA and preferably The Joint Commission (TJC) principles and practices
- Experience with employment-related investigations and grievance administration
- Effective internal and external consulting, facilitation, and leadership skills

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,425.60 - $179,046.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. Position Summary
We’re seeking a staff RN to join our incredible Oncology Care team. In this role, you will provide professional, comprehensive, and high-quality patient care while administering chemotherapy and radiation treatments.

Responsibilities
- You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
- You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)

Practicing within a Commission on Cancer (CoC)-accredited comprehensive cancer program, you’ll play a vital role in delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care as part of a multidisciplinary oncology team..Responsibilities • Provides specialized care for patients undergoing cancer treatment, including administering systemic therapies such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted agents. • Assess and manage treatment-related symptoms. • Coordinate care across disciplines, and support patients through education, counseling, and survivorship planning. • Work alongside oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and other specialists to coordinate holistic patient care. • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging. • Offer clear guidance on follow up care, medication regimens, and lifestyle modifications to support informed decision-making. • Participate in tumor boards, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives. • Document all patient interactions and clinical decisions in the electronic medical record (EMR). • Stay current with oncology best practices, emerging therapies, and clinical guidelines through continuing education and training. Position Summary
The Medical Staff Services Coordinator for Deaconess and Valley Hospitals is responsible for leading the regional medical staff functions including the maintenance of medical staff files, ensuring compliance with the accrediting and regulatory agencies (i.e. JCAHO, NCQA, CMS, and WA State) in regard to credentialing while developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the statutes and laws. Radiation Oncology Physicians at MultiCare Cancer Institute deliver comprehensive radiotherapy services for treatment of cancer and benign conditions using advanced modalities such as IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SBRT, and HDR brachytherapy, along with oversight and delivery of radiopharmaceuticals.
The department operates within a multidisciplinary framework, with active collaboration across medical and surgical oncology, radiology, pathology, and supportive care. Position Summary
The Central Service Technician II works as a team member and is responsible for providing support to the total health care team at MultiCare Health System by cleaning, sterilizing, and packaging instruments, maintaining inventory, and transporting supplies and equipment. Position Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator-Specialty Clinic is responsible for providing coordination of the provider’s surgery and clinic schedules. This is a clerical position which is the first line representative to the hospitals and surgery centers and is responsible for scheduling appointments and operative procedures. This position works as a team member of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the scheduling of appointments and surgical procedures accurately, recognizing the importance and relationship to patient care
- Verifies insurance benefits
- Obtains insurance pre-certification and authorization as required
- Coordinates and schedules patient appointments to include pre-op, pre-admit and post-op appointments
- Schedules all meetings for provider, including attorney and vendor meetings
- Maintains, coordinates and manipulates provider clinic schedule to accommodate surgical cases, CME, vacation, court appearance, attorney depositions and all other meetings for the provider, using both Epic and MS Outlook programs

Position Summary
The Medical Staff Coordinator is responsible for coordination and preparation of medical staff functions; prepares for committee meetings, takes minutes, and processes and distributes appropriate correspondence. Position Summary
The Security Officer is a key position on our Security Services team. In this role, you provide protection over MultiCare Health System properties and facilities. You will own the responsibility for the security and safety of MultiCare patients, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general security in the protection of people and property and the enforcement of all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
- Deter criminal activity and misconduct utilizing tactical techniques.
- Utilize Management of Aggressive Behavior skills both verbally and physically as required.
- Apply the concepts of Awareness, Vigilance, Avoidance, Defense, and Escape to effectively protect and serve facility campus.
- Utilize weapons detection devices to monitor patients/visitors and ensuring the removal of contraband from facility.

- Effectively operate/leverage required security equipment and tools.

Position Summary
The Radiologic Technologist performs a full range of diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with established departmental guidelines. This role utilizes fixed imaging equipment, portable radiography, and fluoroscopic systems to support, trauma imaging, operating room cases, and routine diagnostic exams. The Radiologic Technologist functions as a clinical role model and resource within the hospital, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment
- May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies
- Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines
- Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team
Requirements:
- Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent
- Eligible to take ARRT registry or enrolled in an ARRT accredited program. Must obtain ARRT RT(R) within 12 months of hire.

Position Summary
The Central Service Technician works as a team member and is responsible for providing support to the total health care team at MultiCare Health System by cleaning, sterilizing, and packaging instruments, maintaining inventory, and transporting supplies and equipment. This position is a team member requiring a cooperative manner, working under direct supervision. Work situations are basically routine in nature yet require a service-oriented individual, organization of time and equipment, independent decision making in the execution of daily routine duties, and prioritization of multiple tasks. Internal contacts occur on a daily basis and may include patient care providers and Materials Management staff. External contacts are limited but may include patients, vendors, rental companies/agencies, other health care facilities, and physicians.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or completion of healthcare organization training program; military training or experience satisfies this requirement for WA state employees, per Title 18 RCW
- In lieu of formal training, candidates with a nationally recognized certification (e.g., CRCST) and/or a minimum of one (1) year of recent sterile processing experience preferred
