We're looking for a *Pelvic Health Physical Therapist* to join the team at *Capital Medical Center in Olympia, Washington*-- where you'll work in close, daily coordination with a urogynecology and pelvic reconstruction surgeon, two advanced practice providers, a colorectal surgeon, and our women’s primary care team — evaluating, planning, and delivering individualized treatment for a diverse patient population spanning ages 18 to 90+. This is a high-collaboration, high-learning environment where your clinical voice is part of a larger conversation about patient care every week.
*Position Summary*
The Physical Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, evaluating, planning, and implementing medically prescribed treatment programs for patients to restore functions, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease or injury. This professional-level position gives you the capacity for independent operations as you apply discretion and good judgment toward ensuring high-quality therapeutic care.
*Responsibilities*
* You will perform well in stress and emergency situations
* You will perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment
* You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed
* You will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate
* You will communicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients
*Requirements*
* Successful completion of state board examination
* Currently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Washington
* Experience in orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac patient management desirable

Position Summary
The Central Service Technician works as a team member and is responsible for providing support to the total health care team at MultiCare Health System by cleaning, sterilizing, and packaging instruments, maintaining inventory, and transporting supplies and equipment. This position is a team member requiring a cooperative manner, working under direct supervision. Work situations are basically routine in nature yet require a service-oriented individual, organization of time and equipment, independent decision making in the execution of daily routine duties, and prioritization of multiple tasks. Internal contacts occur on a daily basis and may include patient care providers and Materials Management staff. External contacts are limited but may include patients, vendors, rental companies/agencies, other health care facilities, and physicians.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or completion of healthcare organization training program; military training or experience satisfies this requirement for WA state employees, per Title 18 RCW, as required by location
- In lieu of formal training, candidates with a nationally recognized certification (e.g., CRCST) and or a minimum of one (1) year of recent sterile processing experience preferred
- Central Service Certification or commitment to obtain within one year of hire, as required by location
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience preferred

Position Summary
The Security Officer is a key position on our Security Services team. In this role, you provide protection over MultiCare Health System properties and facilities. You will own the responsibility for the security and safety of MultiCare patients, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general security in the protection of people and property and the enforcement of all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
- Deter criminal activity and misconduct utilizing tactical techniques.
- Utilize Management of Aggressive Behavior skills both verbally and physically as required.
- Apply the concepts of Awareness, Vigilance, Avoidance, Defense, and Escape to effectively protect and serve facility campus.
- Utilize weapons detection devices to monitor patients/visitors and ensuring the removal of contraband from facility.
- Apply appropriate techniques with assistive devices when engaging with combative/aggressive individuals.
- Effectively operate/leverage required security equipment and tools.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Current Washington or Idaho state driver’s license (driving is not required for this position at Navos Hospital).
- IAHSS basic certification or ability to obtain within one (1) year of hire date.
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in police, military, or security, preferable in a health care setting.
- Proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state. (Not required at Navos Hospital)
- BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
- First Aid training within 30 days of hire.

The Security Officer is a key position on our Security Services team. In this role, you provide protection over MultiCare Health System properties and facilities. You will own the responsibility for the security and safety of MultiCare patients, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general security in the protection of people and property and the enforcement of all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
- Deter criminal activity and misconduct utilizing tactical techniques.
- Utilize Management of Aggressive Behavior skills both verbally and physically as required.
- Apply the concepts of Awareness, Vigilance, Avoidance, Defense, and Escape to effectively protect and serve facility campus.
- Utilize weapons detection devices to monitor patients/visitors and ensuring the removal of contraband from facility.
- Apply appropriate techniques with assistive devices when engaging with combative/aggressive individuals.
- Effectively operate/leverage required security equipment and tools.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Current Washington or Idaho state driver’s license (driving is not required for this position at Navos Hospital).

Position Summary
The Radiologic Technologist performs a full range of diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with established departmental guidelines. This role utilizes fixed imaging equipment, portable radiography, and fluoroscopic systems to support, trauma imaging, operating room cases, and routine diagnostic exams. The Radiologic Technologist functions as a clinical role model and resource within the hospital, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment
- May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies
- Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines
- Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team
Requirements:
- Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent
- Eligible to take ARRT registry or enrolled in an ARRT accredited program. Must obtain ARRT RT(R) within 12 months of hire.

Position Summary
The Central Service Technician works as a team member and is responsible for providing support to the total health care team at MultiCare Health System by cleaning, sterilizing, and packaging instruments, maintaining inventory, and transporting supplies and equipment. This position is a team member requiring a cooperative manner, working under direct supervision. Work situations are basically routine in nature yet require a service-oriented individual, organization of time and equipment, independent decision making in the execution of daily routine duties, and prioritization of multiple tasks. Internal contacts occur on a daily basis and may include patient care providers and Materials Management staff. External contacts are limited but may include patients, vendors, rental companies/agencies, other health care facilities, and physicians.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or completion of healthcare organization training program; military training or experience satisfies this requirement for WA state employees, per Title 18 RCW
- In lieu of formal training, candidates with a nationally recognized certification (e.g., CRCST) and/or a minimum of one (1) year of recent sterile processing experience preferred

Position Summary
The Central Service Technician works as a team member and is responsible for providing support to the total health care team at MultiCare Health System by cleaning, sterilizing, and packaging instruments, maintaining inventory, and transporting supplies and equipment. Internal contacts occur on a daily basis and may include patient care providers and Materials Management staff. - Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or completion of healthcare organization training program; military training or experience satisfies this requirement for WA state employees, per Title 18 RCW, as required by location

The Labor Relations Manager is an excellent opportunity to support labor relations activities across MultiCare Health System. As an independent indirect leader, your role will focus on focus on building positive and influential relationships among all levels in the organization, external labor partners and represented bargaining units.
Responsibilities
- You will advise HR colleagues and others within the organization regarding labor relations matters, helping to develop the appropriate course of prevention and recommended action
- You will serve as chief negotiator representing MultiCare in collective bargaining negotiations
- You will collaborate with leadership and external labor partners to accomplish agreements and positive labor relations
- You will manage the administration of labor contracts; provides an interpretation of labor contracts to managers, employees and HR colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Labor Relations, or related discipline
- Juris Doctorate or Master’s degree preferred
- Human resources professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in labor and employee relations required
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience collective bargaining required, Chief Spokesperson experience strongly preferred
- Experience must include leading contract interpretation and implementation, grievance processing, performance management, and facilitating communication and working relationships with union organizations and management

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,425.60 - $179,046.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
