Position Summary
The Clinical Director has administrative responsibility and accountability for the planning and direction of clinical, financial, and operational activities of a defined clinical unit/department. The incumbent designs, facilitates and directs the delivery of care and service to customers including patients, staff, physicians, family members and community representatives. The Clinical Director is responsible for the interpretation and development of unit/department patient care standards, provisions of quality health services, resource allocation and fiscal management. The Clinical Director defines and monitors the standards of nursing practice, assures availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources, supports collaboration within Patient Services and among other divisions and disciplines for desired patient outcomes, provides positive timely customer service, and participates in efforts to achieve organizational goals and objectives. This position requires extensive internal and external contacts with all levels of staff, management, physicians, vendors, and other professional colleagues.Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS Certification
- Eight (8) years clinical experience and mastery of professional or technical role/function
- Five (5) years progressive experience in managerial or supervisory capacity

Position Summary
The Residential Case Aide – Luckett House is responsible for providing direct services for residential care to all clients. Duties include, but not limited to: resident support for bathing, shopping, transporting clients to medical or dental appointments or to local businesses, medication supervision, monitoring and meal service and other personal care needs. Performs administrative tasks such as documentation of resident’s daily activities, coordinate care with other team providers. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and families in a respectful manner.Requirements:
High school graduation or GED preferred
BLS - Basic Life Support (includes RQI), Food Handler’s, & First Aid cards will be required within 14-days of hire
Washington State Counselor Agency Affiliated Registered (ACCR) credential must be applied for within thirty (30) days of hire. Employees can work while in pending status. Grace periods will be adjusted in accordance with DOH requirements.

Position Summary
The Certified Surgical Technologist is responsible for assisting with the care and preparation of the surgical patient and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN. The Surgical Technologist has responsibility for the assembly, set-up, and use of surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures. Work situations are primarily routine but may change rapidly to an emergent or critical situation, and may require both directed and independent decision-making depending on the nature of the situation.Requirements:

About MultiCare Cancer Institute
MultiCare Cancer Institute is a physician-led, multi-specialty group within MultiCare Health System, delivering integrated hematology, oncology, radiation, surgical and supportive care across Washington state. Position Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator-Specialty Clinic is responsible for providing coordination of the provider’s surgery and clinic schedules. This is a clerical position which is the first line representative to the hospitals and surgery centers and is responsible for scheduling appointments and operative procedures. This position works as a team member of the clinic.Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the scheduling of appointments and surgical procedures accurately, recognizing the importance and relationship to patient care
- Verifies insurance benefits
- Obtains insurance pre-certification and authorization as required
- Coordinates and schedules patient appointments to include pre-op, pre-admit and post-op appointments
- Schedules all meetings for provider, including attorney and vendor meetings

Position Summary
The Patient Services Coordinator is the initial point of contact for patients at our outpatient clinics. This role performs a variety of critical functions to maintain the clinical flow and to ensure patients receive care as ordered in a timely fashion.Responsibilities:
