*Job Overview*

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional preventative dental care, educate patients on oral health, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

*Key Responsibilities *

* Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed
* Conduct oral health assessments and screen for dental issues
* Take and interpret dental X-Rays
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
* Document clinical findings and maintain accurate patient records
* Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans
* Ensure a clean, sterile, and organized work environment

*Schedule *

* 3 Days per week (Saturday must be one of them)
* Flexible weekday scheduling based on practice needs

*Qualifications*

* Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
* Bilingual proficiency in Russian and/or Spanish is highly preferred
* Minimum of 1-2 years or experience as a dental hygienist (new graduates with strong clinical training considered)
* Flexibility to work evening hours as needed
* Excellent communication and patient-centered interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
