Mint Condition Dental is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, positive *Registered Dental Hygienist* to join our team! We’re looking for someone who loves building relationships with patients, takes pride in providing excellent care, and wants to be part of a supportive and growing dental group.

What You'll Do

* Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
* Perform periodontal assessments, charting, radiographs, and periodontal therapy
* Educate patients on their oral health and recommended treatment
* Work closely with doctors and assistants to create an excellent patient experience
* Identify opportunities for early intervention and help patients understand the importance of recommended care
* Build long-term relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable and confident in their dental care

What We're Looking For

* Active Washington State Dental Hygiene License
* Strong communication and patient education skills
* Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
* Comfortable discussing recommended treatment and preventive care
* Local anesthesia experience
* Periodontal therapy experience preferred
* Someone who wants to grow with a supportive dental team
