Job Purpose:
• In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging nursing position, you'll work with multidisciplinary team members to provide our patients the best care. • Registered Nurse (RN) renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Job Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN Preferred
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Additional certifications as required by department
Related Work Experience and Other Skills:
• Knowledgeable about hospital policies, procedures, and nursing care standards and utilizes these when providing nursing care.
• Work experience: Minimum 12 months L&D RN experience or completion of L&D Nurse Residency Program

Supervise and perform front end revenue cycle workflows to achieve key practice indicators for practice revenue cycle, including but not limited to the management of provider performance against MMG initiatives
Round with staff at assigned practice daily; ensure assigned practice maintain MMG standards of performance for huddles, staff meetings, and one on one meetings, supporting employee engagement and employee development goals
Ensure assigned practice maintain MMG standards for practice performance meetings and operating reports
Coordinate with MMG leadership in the initial preparation and development of an annual operating budget and monitor performance to budget Manage and oversee the business affairs of assigned practice
Utilize data to make informed decisions on practice operations and to provide updates to MMG leadership
Manage and report to Supervisor the patient experience and access at assigned practice
Hire, train, monitor and retain staff
Monitor performance of direct reports continually, provide additional training as needed, and conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports
Manage work schedules and ensure appropriate staffing
Supervise the management of inventory for medications and medical equipment and organize for resupply and maintenance

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelors degree in health care administration, public health, health information management or business administration is preferred. Three years of experience in a position with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Position Summary
This is an on-site position in Dallas, TX.
The Vice President of IT Applications & Project Management Office (PMO) is a senior Information Technology executive responsible for the strategic direction, governance, implementation, optimization, and support of Methodist Health System's enterprise application portfolio and project management office.
This leader partners closely with the Chief Information Officer, Vice President of IT Operations & Information Security, CMIO, Health Informatics, operational executives, and physician leadership to align technology investments with the health system's strategic, clinical, financial, and operational objectives. The Vice President ensures enterprise applications deliver measurable business and clinical value while maintaining high availability, security, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
The role reports to the SVP & CIO and provides executive oversight for enterprise applications supporting seven hospitals, more than 75 ambulatory clinics, physician practices, and future health system expansions. This position serves as the primary liaison between Information Technology, hospital leadership, physician organizations, and corporate administration to ensure successful planning, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise technology solutions.

Essential Responsibilities
Executive Leadership & Strategy
• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise applications strategy and roadmap aligned with Methodist Health System's strategic priorities.
• Lead application modernization, optimization, rationalization, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Identify emerging technologies and evaluate opportunities that improve clinical care, operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance.
• Establish application standards, governance, and technology direction across the enterprise.
Enterprise Applications
Provide executive leadership for the planning, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications, including:
• Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR)

• Overseeing portfolio planning, resource allocation, financial management, and project execution.
• Driving accountability for project delivery, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and benefits realization.
• Promoting standardized project management practices across Information Technology.
Business Partnership
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, physicians, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
• Foster collaborative relationships between Information Technology and business operations.
• Partner with physician leadership to improve technology adoption and clinician experience.
• Ensure technology investments support organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
Security, Compliance & Operational Resilience
Partner with IT Operations and Information Security leadership to:
• Ensure enterprise applications meet security and regulatory requirements.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission, and other applicable regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Information Technology experience within a large healthcare organization.
• Minimum of 8 years leading enterprise healthcare applications, including significant Epic leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Director-level or higher leadership position overseeing enterprise applications and/or a Project Management Office.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning experience.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Information Systems, or related discipline.

The Accounts Payable Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Accounts Payable. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will provide direct support for hiring, training, and supervising Accounts Payable Staff ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. These functions require a strong understanding of the Accounts Payable and Purchasing processes; which, include 3 way matching. Strong problem solving skills in a Shared Services Accounts Payable environment.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred, or equivalent years of relative work experience
- 5 + years of progressive Accounts Payable experience in an automated processing and paperless environment required
- 3 + years of leadership experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience using multi-database systems required
- Subject Matter Expert regarding Accounts Payable processes within a Shared Services environment
- Detail Oriented, and demonstrates accuracy and diligence
- Executive presence, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Must demonstrate strong analytics and critical thinking skills, with a solutions-oriented approach

Your Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, Mentor, train, and develop AP staff and proactively assist in problem resolution
- Interact directly with suppliers, staff, and other functional area to resolve AP issues with invoices/purchase order exceptions, Procurement card, Spend Authorizations, and Expense Reports
- Analyze Payable Aging Report, Match Exception Report, Receive not Invoiced Report and make recommendations for resolution
- Review KPI's and Metrics daily to make recommendations
- Process banking activities, i.e. stop payments, voids, positive pay notifications, ACH, and Wires
- Manage staff time and attendance and bi-weekly payroll
- Assist in supplier set-up and maintenance
- Manage daily settlement run process
- Assist with 1099 process
- Assist in project testing including Workday releases, new systems, and department business process updates or changes.
- Assist in other areas of the Finance and SCM Department as needed
- Assist with root cause analysis to recommend process improvement
- Assist in continuous updates to AP standard operating procedures
- Maintain Compliance with accounting policies and procedures
