Schedule

Full-Time, 4-day workweek

Monday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 6:30 AM–2:00 PM
Pay -Bonus - Benefits
Starting at $50/hour with compensation increasing based on your skills and experience

Responsibilities:

As part of our hygiene team, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with your patients while helping them understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness.

You'll:

Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Review and update dental X-rays and patient chart notes
Document detailed clinical narratives and periodontal probing depths
Perform prophylaxis and scaling and root planing as appropriate
Apply fluoride varnish and sealants
Educate patients about preventive care and their oral health
Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance
Sterilize instruments and maintain hygiene supplies
Partner with our doctors and clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience
Help maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and team members
Qualifications:
What Are the Must-Haves to Join the Team?

We're looking for a hygienist who can provide excellent clinical care while making patients feel comfortable, educated, and genuinely cared for.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

A degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR certification
Ability to provide compassionate, positive patient care
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A commitment to creating an exceptional patient experience
A collaborative, team-first approach
