Position Summary
We’re seeking a staff RN to join our incredible hospital-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your specialized training, knowledge, and nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach.

Responsibilities
- You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
- You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
- Certification in specialty area preferred
- One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $41.94 - $75.89 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.

The RN II is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via the nursing process and other input from healthcare team members. You must be able to travel another UCLA facility to assist with coverage when needed. In this role you will also be responsible for performing clinical nursing duties that includes but not limited to assisting physicians in performing procedures in endoscopy area, GI lab, administering medications and, monitoring vital signs and medications, and provide health education, procedure instruction/information to patients and families.
As the RN II you will be responsible for the all-around healthcare needs of patients who are under the care management of the faculty members on an as needed basis. You will also act as liaison between the MDs, the patients (including the family and staff members), schedulers, clinic staff and UCLA and non-UCLA physicians involved with the patients' healthcare. And you will provide up-to-date patient status reporting to the physicians and nurse supervisor by presenting laboratory or procedural results either in written or verbal form as well as conveying information from patients.
**Please notes that this position will float to all Community Medical Procedure Units which are located in Thousand Oaks, North Hollywood, West Hills and Santa Clarita.**
Salary Range: $96.74 hourly
Required:
- BSN or MSN
- BLS and ACLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Current valid CA RN License
- Ability to complete a Nursing physical assessment
- Skill in developing a plan of care including setting goals, monitoring and documenting progress
- Ability to implement interventions that are pertinent to goals established in the plan of care
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions toward the attainment of established goals and to recognize the need to reassess or reset goal parameters
- Ability to delegate tasks in a management style that is consistent with promoting leadership and teamwork
- Knowledge base to provide education to patients, families, and other staff regarding clinical and patient care issues
- Must be willing to travel between the endoscopy area/GI lab sites.
- Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of care specific to endoscopy area/GI Laboratory, including conscious sedation.
- Knowledge of cardiac monitoring and ability to identify dysrhythmias.
- Demonstrate an ability to assist physicians in performing procedures in the endoscopy area/GI Laboratory practicing medical and surgical asepsis at all times.

About this role.
As a PA or NP at our Billings Downtown clinic, you'll work with a team of 3 board-certified Urologist in addition to 2 highly skilled APPs that puts patients first! Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with primary care providers, other specialties, and excellent support staff! The practice provides full spectrum care that prides itself on high-quality patient experiences.

What you’ll bring.
- An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board or able to obtain.
- Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in a surgical role is preferred.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

- You will pre-admit all scheduled inpatient, outpatients and ambulatory patients to facilitate a smooth and speedy admission/registration process
- You will obtain direct admit information and enter a reservation in the computer system in order to notify other areas
- You will complete comprehensive bedside or telephone interviews with the patient, relative, or their representative to obtain pertinent demographic insurance and/or third-party liability information
- You will perform eligibility verification and resolves any discrepancies, determine the need for financial assistance recommendation and application, referring to the Financial Counselor where necessary
Requirements
- Graduate of a health vocational program such as Patient Access, Medical Assistance Medical Billing & Insurance
OR

The Materials Management Distributor is responsible for processing supply requisitions, exchanging and restocking supply cars, and assisting in the storeroom as directed.
Responsibilities
- Delivers supplies to receiving department, including general service supplies; organizes and cleans dock, direct charges, etc.
- Exchanges, restocks, updates and cleans supply carts in accordance with schedule
- Processes floor requisitions verifying all appropriate documents are complete and correct
- Maintains floor stock in specified areas, as well as stocks and stickers all store room supplies, keeping storeroom aisles clear and clean
- Performs and records quality assurance functions as necessary, including low supply list, notifies departments when out of supplies and offer substitutions
- Assists with annual inventory as directed; assists other team members as requested.
- Processes outgoing mail, issues and credits, scans carts and generates pick and pull lists via Material Management Info System and department process and policies
- Assists in maintaining adequate stock setting par levels, reorder points, etc.

- Performs administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submits to the Manager.
- Ensures that menus are maintained and filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate services with other departments as necessary.
- Assists in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis. Ensure that all procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
- Assist in standardizing the methods in which work will be accomplished.
- Assumes the authority, responsibility and accountability of Cook.
- Assists in establishing food service production line, etc., to assure that meals are prepared on time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
- Must be knowledgeable of dietary procedures.
- Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the appearance of dietary service areas; must perform regular inspections of dietary service areas for sanitation, order, safety and proper performance of assigned duties.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides screening, evaluation, and rehabilitation services for patients with speech and language disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency. This position plans and carries out specialized treatment programs, documents treatment, and maintains data regarding patient care. This position demonstrates the clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Evaluates patients’ functional abilities and limitations to determine appropriate intervention. Develops a plan of care and treatment goals, as ordered by physician or other referral source.
2. Implements individualized treatment plans that consider patients’ physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs. Ensures that treatment plans are supported by standard practices and/or current literature. Re-evaluates treatment plans, as needed, to ensure maximum patient benefit.
3. Educates patients, family, and other care providers to promote patient participation and attainment of therapeutic program goals. Provides individualized home programs with clear instructions.
4. Documents patient treatment according to professional and regulatory standards.
5. Participates in the provision of training to other staff and students.
6. Follows plan of care to accomplish functions within established procedures and scope of practice. Makes independent judgments based on specialized knowledge. Confers with supervisor on any unusual situations. Internal customers: All levels of nursing management and staff, medical staff, and all other members of the interdisciplinary health care team. External Customers: Physician offices, patient families, third party payers, and medical supply companies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university program.
Current licensure in the state of practice. Certificate of Clinical Competence or documented acceptance in Clinical Fellowship Year. BLS certification required.
Requires the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers. Must have strong interpersonal communications and human relation skills.
Must have the ability to become proficient with computer software applications commonly used in an automated patient care environment. - You will pre-admit all scheduled inpatient, outpatients and ambulatory patients to facilitate a smooth and speedy admission/registration process
- You will obtain direct admit information and enter a reservation in the computer system in order to notify other areas
- You will complete comprehensive bedside or telephone interviews with the patient, relative, or their representative to obtain pertinent demographic insurance and/or third-party liability information
- You will perform eligibility verification and resolves any discrepancies, determine the need for financial assistance recommendation and application, referring to the Financial Counselor where necessary
Requirements
- Graduate of a health vocational program such as Patient Access, Medical Assistance Medical Billing & Insurance
OR
- One (1) year of experience performing any combination of admitting, Health Unit Coordinator, patient registration, customer service or billing duties required; healthcare setting preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

Position Summary

Responsibilities
- You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
- You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
- Certification in specialty area preferred
- One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred
