Position Summary
We’re seeking a staff RN to join our incredible hospital-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your specialized training, knowledge, and nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach.

Responsibilities
- You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
- You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
- Certification in specialty area preferred
- One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred

Position Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment in collaboration with the Dietary Aide and Diet Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizes proper techniques to load and unload the dishwasher to ensure proper sanitization while optimizing efficient use of equipment
- Scrubs pots, pans and any other equipment that cannot go through the dishwasher in a timely fashion
- Cleans and maintains equipment according to proper operating standards
- Cleans café grills, broilers, ovens and hoods as scheduled
- Tidies and clean café and kitchen at all times
- Keeps adequate levels of supplies stocked in area so the next shift has needed items readily available
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred
- Washington State (DOH) Food Handlers card required

Position Summary
The Central Service Technician works as a team member and is responsible for providing support to the total health care team at MultiCare Health System by cleaning, sterilizing, and packaging instruments, maintaining inventory, and transporting supplies and equipment. This position is a team member requiring a cooperative manner, working under direct supervision. Work situations are basically routine in nature yet require a service-oriented individual, organization of time and equipment, independent decision making in the execution of daily routine duties, and prioritization of multiple tasks. Internal contacts occur on a daily basis and may include patient care providers and Materials Management staff. External contacts are limited but may include patients, vendors, rental companies/agencies, other health care facilities, and physicians.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or completion of healthcare organization training program; military training or experience satisfies this requirement for WA state employees, per Title 18 RCW, as required by location
- In lieu of formal training, candidates with a nationally recognized certification (e.g., CRCST) and or a minimum of one (1) year of recent sterile processing experience preferred
- Central Service Certification or commitment to obtain within one year of hire, as required by location
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience preferred

Position Summary
The Unit Care Assistant is responsible for secretarial and patient care duties necessary for a smooth-running unit. The Unit Care Assistant collaborates to provide optimal plan of case based on age/diagnosis specific needs.

- Handles clerical duties on nursing unit; including answering telephone, relaying messages, keeping records, directing visitors, distributing mail, and transcribing physicians’ orders

You'll support patient flow from registration through discharge, collaborate with clinic teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service, process prior authorizations and referrals, complete surgery scheduling tasks, assist in managing physicians' clinic appointments and surgery schedules, and gather necessary information for successful patient consultations. You'll also provide coverage across multiple practices based on staffing needs. Travel Requirements
Travel to all UCLA Health Ambulatory Community Clinics throughout Southern California is required, and you must be physically present at assigned worksites. Assignment locations are based on operational needs and are subject to change.
Although travel to all UCLA Health community practices is required, current staffing needs are primarily located in the Northeast Valley region, including:
- Van Nuys
- Valencia
- Woodland Hills
- North Hollywood
- Encino
- Porter Ranch
- Santa Clarita
Salary Range: $31.88 Hourly - $31.88 Hourly
Required:
- Ability to travel to various UCLA Health locations and being physically present at the job site
- Ability to work various days/shifts and occasional weekends; Days and hours may vary depending on assignments.
