Position Summary: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the community and plays an important role in supporting daily administrative operations. This position is responsible for maintaining the front desk, assisting visitors, managing communications, performing record keeping, and providing administrative support to the Administrator/Designee to help meet the operational needs of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors

Pay and Benefit Expectations

What You Will Do
Perform light to thorough housekeeping in resident apartments and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitization, and floor care
Complete laundry services such as collecting, washing, folding, and distributing resident linens and garments
Perform deep cleaning of apartments during resident move-outs
Empty trash and recyclables and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas
Report maintenance issues such as lighting or equipment concerns promptly
Follow safety, infection control, and universal precaution practices
Interact respectfully with residents, honoring privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
Anticipate resident needs and go above and beyond to maintain a comfortable, welcoming environment
Minimum Qualifications

Position Summary
Under the broad direction of the Radiologist, the Computerized Tomography Technologist (“CT Technologist”) performs CT (Computerized Tomography) examinations of selected portions of the anatomy as requested by the Provider. The CT Technologist is expected to perform a variety of CT procedures with the knowledge and ability of obtaining diagnostic-quality examinations on all ages of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Performance of CT procedures per established protocols.
- Interprets data gathered in assessment and provides care appropriate to age related needs.
- Obtain patient medical history and clinical data for correlation with the imaging study, and enters such data into the Radiology Information System (RIS)
- Position and handle patients with a high degree of professional ethics, care, tact, courtesy, patience and safety while utilizing supportive and immobilization equipment appropriately.
- Utilize radiation protective shielding for maximum protection of self and patient.
- Critiques images to ensure quality CT examinations consistent with standardized procedures.
- Administer I-Stat testing as appropriate. Documentation of I-Stat results completed in computer system per department protocol.
- Proficient in venipuncture, and administering IV radiopharmaceuticals and/or contrast materials following established department policies and procedures.
- Administer first aid as required and assist in cases of adverse reaction to contrast or other emergencies.
- Measure, calculate and record radiation dosage for radiopharmaceuticals received, used and disposed of, using computer system and following physician’s prescription.
- Upon completion of patient imaging procedure, the technologist will review the images and associated data in PACS for accuracy and assures all images are available for Radiologist dictation.
- Understands and follows the Radioactive Materials License and Standards, including disposing of materials.
- Follows quality assurance guidelines and maintains accurate records for Washington State regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Position Summary
The Radiologic Technologist performs a full range of diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with established departmental guidelines. This role utilizes fixed imaging equipment, portable radiography, and fluoroscopic systems to support, trauma imaging, operating room cases, and routine diagnostic exams. The Radiologic Technologist functions as a clinical role model and resource within the hospital, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment
- May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies
- Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines
- Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team
Requirements:
- Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent
- Eligible to take ARRT registry or enrolled in an ARRT accredited program. Must obtain ARRT RT(R) within 12 months of hire.
- Washington State license as X-Ray Technician (XT license) required
- BLS Certification

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides basic to intermediate operator and mechanical skills in the proper operation and repair of all plant equipment. Also responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of plant and facilities equipment. Performs and maintains plant water treatment programs.
2. Assists in the operating of the emergency generator system, fire monitoring and control systems. Participates in energy management/conservation programs.
3. Performs preventative maintenance duties on plant equipment and machinery.
4. Maintains a detailed log on all required facility equipment, records all shift activity. Responds to assigned general maintenance calls and emergency calls as required. Assists as a member of the Fire Response Team.
5. Cleans assigned work area and maintains tools, storage and assigned areas in an orderly manner; and assists in other areas of Facilities services as required.
6. Drives company vehicles to transport equipment and contract maintenance personnel as assigned.
7. Works independently under general supervision. Fulfills responsibilities using specialized skills and knowledge. This position interacts with a wide variety of individuals including staff, co-workers, patients, physicians, visitors, regulatory agencies, surveyors, inspectors, contractors, and vendors. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Functions
- Provides courteous and professional connections with patients over the phone, in person or via secure messaging. Resolves patient needs skills to ensure a superior customer experience by identifying and resolving patient needs related to patient intake and care.
- Documents all phone calls accurately and completely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Schedules patient appointments for visits, procedures, diagnostic tests, referrals, and/or consultations.
- Registers patients over the phone or in person by confirming, entering, and/or updating all required demographic data on patient and guarantor on the registration system. Follows procedures when identifying patients.
- Obtains copies of insurance cards, forms of ID, and signatures on all required forms. May verify information on appropriate accounts to determine insurance coordination of benefits, may include pre-certification/prior authorization .
- Assists patients in completing necessary forms to meet regulatory and billing needs prior to receiving clinical care. Scans necessary paperwork and educates patient on financial assistance. Proactively requests payments from patients on current and past medical services. Receives and processes those payments following appropriate procedures for handling payments.
- Stays current on role/responsibilities, updates etc. which may include reviewing monthly email/newsletter, ambulatory epic dashboard, patient access, work ques, attend clinic/service line meetings, review emails each shift, etc. to ensure the highest standard of performance is achieved.
Minimum Qualifications
- Six months of customer service experience involving interactions with customers.
- Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.
- Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver the highest level of customer/patient satisfaction.
- Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and Protected Health Information (PHI) of patients, members, and caregivers.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience involving interactions with customers in person and by phone.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the evaluation, planning, administration and supervision of Occupational Therapy treatment in accordance with physician referral, state and local organizational standards, regulatory agencies, and established departmental policies and procedures. This position demonstrates the clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served.

2. Implements individualized treatment plan with consideration to the patient's physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational and age specific needs. Provides skilled treatment in a safe manner.. Assesses ongoing effectiveness of treatment and modifies plan of care as indicated. Involves patient and family/caregiver in the treatment and decision making process. Provides ongoing education to physician, nurse, patient, family/caregiver, and interdisciplinary team.
3. Documents according to standards set by the department and regulatory agencies. Documents legibly. Completes documentation within the established time frames of the department. Documents innovative and individualized treatment techniques/plan. Documentation reflects comprehensive assessment of patient's progress or lack of progress. Treatment goals are reassessed according to department policies
4. Communicates pertinent patient information to ensure the best possible follow through of care. Communicates evaluation/treatment results and patient progress to physicians, nurses, patient, family/caregiver, co-workers and the interdisciplinary team. Communicates in a clear and timely manner. Accepts responsibility to contact physicians for routine or difficult problem solving to ensure optimal patient outcome. Defends treatment rationale with standard practices and/or current literature
5. Exhibits adaptability in assignments as it relates to caseload, scheduling, and staffing shifts. Takes initiative to assist in other patient care areas and accepts responsibility for all patient care needs.
6. Demonstrates appropriate direction and delegation of personnel to achieve safe delivery of quality cost effective patient care. direction and delegation of the COTA, Therapy Technician and student complies with department policies and regulatory agencies. Participates in the training and orientation of new personnel. Assures competency of personnel, prior to delegation of task.
7. Department operational activities. Participates in department/facility process improvements. Meets productivity standards set by the department.
8.This position has responsibility for interacting with all levels of staff in a variety of departments, physicians, patients, families, and external contacts such as employees of other health care institutions, community providers and agencies concerning the health care of the patient. Also interacts with the physician offices in order to report, requires or clarify information
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have successfully completed the academic requirements of an educational program in occupational therapy approved by the appropriate governing board. Must possess a current Occupational Therapy license from the State of practice.

Position Summary
Under the broad direction of the Radiologist, the Computerized Tomography Technologist (“CT Technologist”) performs CT (Computerized Tomography) examinations of selected portions of the anatomy as requested by the Provider. The CT Technologist is expected to perform a variety of CT procedures with the knowledge and ability of obtaining diagnostic-quality examinations on all ages of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Performance of CT procedures per established protocols.
- Interprets data gathered in assessment and provides care appropriate to age related needs.
- Obtain patient medical history and clinical data for correlation with the imaging study, and enters such data into the Radiology Information System (RIS)
- Position and handle patients with a high degree of professional ethics, care, tact, courtesy, patience and safety while utilizing supportive and immobilization equipment appropriately.
- Utilize radiation protective shielding for maximum protection of self and patient.
- Critiques images to ensure quality CT examinations consistent with standardized procedures.
- Administer I-Stat testing as appropriate. Documentation of I-Stat results completed in computer system per department protocol.
- Proficient in venipuncture, and administering IV radiopharmaceuticals and/or contrast materials following established department policies and procedures.
- Administer first aid as required and assist in cases of adverse reaction to contrast or other emergencies.
- Measure, calculate and record radiation dosage for radiopharmaceuticals received, used and disposed of, using computer system and following physician’s prescription.
- Upon completion of patient imaging procedure, the technologist will review the images and associated data in PACS for accuracy and assures all images are available for Radiologist dictation.
- Understands and follows the Radioactive Materials License and Standards, including disposing of materials.
- Follows quality assurance guidelines and maintains accurate records for Washington State regulatory requirements.
- Understands and follows all safety policies and reports any unsafe conditions or practices to the supervisor/manager, Administration or Safety Coordinator.
- Assume responsibility of self and others for proper and efficient operation of all equipment used. Report equipment problems, malfunctions, and/or need for repairs to supervisor. Maintain cleanliness of equipment for patient safety and/or function.
- Obtains, maintains and utilizes knowledge as is necessary for efficient and effective operational utilization of required computer systems.
- Through attitude and example, demonstrate Memorial’s expectations for customer service and utilizes QA memos for improved service to patients.
- Evaluate and maintain an appropriate level of responsibility for updating job related knowledge and skills level, including applicable Joint Commission requirements, in an effort to increase individual skills and quality patient care.
- During periods of light workload, accept responsibility for working on tasks that better or enhance the department. Check with Supervisor for additional assignments.
- Assist in training and instruction of new department personnel and radiology technology students.
- Utilize supplies and equipment adequately but not excessively.
- Explore opportunities for new equipment and/or new services and then making recommendations to your manager and/or supervisor.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. Minimum Qualifications
-Current RN License in state of practice.-
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within five years of their start date.

Evaluate: Evaluates patient response to interventions through review of achievement of goals, clinical outcomes, patient and family satisfaction. Revises plan of care as indicated, and reassesses changes as appropriate. Professionalism: Promotes nursing profession and participate in development of others. Integrates legal and ethical standards into practice: complies with regulatory standards, practices within scope of licensure, provides accurate & timely documentation, and understands legal implications of care delivery.
- Physical Requirements
- Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies. - and - Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations. - and - Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc. - and - Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items. - and - Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items. Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc). - and - May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $358,000.00 - $366,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
