*Seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst*

As a BCBA, you understand the profound difference quality ABA therapy makes in a child's development and a family's daily life. You're not just implementing treatment plans; you're opening doors to communication, independence, and connection. We're here to work with you as a team and ensure you have the resources, support, and autonomy to do that work in a way that feels sustainable and fulfilling for you.

*Benefits: 15 days PTO accrued*

_*Caseload expectations are 7-10 cases depending on client needs with average billable hours between 24-30 per week*_

*BCBA Requirements*:

* BCBA License
* Experience with writing assessments and reports a must
* This position is full-time, and caseload hours may vary.
