Safeguard the lives of those who safeguard our local communities, with ERHC. Established in 2004, ERHC is regarded as our region’s leader in first responder medicine. ERHC is the provider of choice for 30+ fire, police, EMS, and military agencies, and cares for a patient panel of 8,000 responders and their family members (newborn to age 65). ERHC’s practice model spans “360 degrees of care” from preventative health and wellness, occupational medicine, primary and urgent care, physical therapy and Workers’ Compensation case management, to mental health services and workforce wellness consultation.
*We are seeking a top-caliber Licensed Massage Therapist:*
* Current Massage Therapist licensure; Idaho licensure or ability to credential in Idaho upon hire
* Minimum 2 years clinical massage therapy experience
* Background in Sports Medicine a plus
* Willingness to adopt ERHC’s standards for highly responsive, patient-centered care
* Ability to work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team, to provide superior care as well as fostering a warm and welcoming workplace environment
* Ability to complete timely, efficient, and accurate charting
* Ability to adhere to strict patient confidentiality and privacy standard

Qualifications:

We are seeking a Medical Director / Attending Physician to provide clinical leadership and direct patient care within the post-acute and long-term care setting. *Key Responsibilities*
*Clinical Care (Attending Physician Role):*
* Provide comprehensive primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
* Conduct initial, follow-up, and acute visits in accordance with CMS guidelines
* Manage chronic conditions, transitions of care, and end-of-life planning
* Coordinate care with nursing staff, specialists, and families
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
*Medical Director Responsibilities:*
