What You'll Do:
Provide pharmaceutical care to support antimicrobial stewardship for Baptist Health Floyd patients in Critical Care including optimizing medication therapies
Drug preparation and distribution for medications at Baptist Health Floyd
Evaluate, input, and verify new medication orders
Assist providers and other healthcare professions by serving as a drug information resource
Manage Pharmacy inventory
What You Need:
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a minimum of a BS in Pharmacy with a PharmD (Preferred)
Indiana Pharmacist Registration
Hospital experience and completion of an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency (Preferred)
Board Certification in Critical Care or equivalent (Preferred)
ACLS Certification (Will Provide)

Occupational Therapist - PACE Program
The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, treatments, and interventions for PACE participants in day center, nursing home, and home-based settings. This role supports older adults in maintaining independence, safety, and quality of life through restorative, preventative, and maintenance therapy services.
Key responsibilities include conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing individualized care plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team to achieve participant-centered goals. The Occupational Therapist evaluates functional abilities, cognitive and sensory needs, activities of daily living (ADLs), and home safety requirements. The position coordinates home modifications, recommends adaptive equipment, and assists with the ordering, inventory, and maintenance of durable medical equipment.
Additional responsibilities include providing caregiver and staff education, documenting participant progress in the medical record, and monitoring treatment effectiveness. The Occupational Therapist supervises and evaluates Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), supports competency assessments, and contributes to departmental quality and operational goals.
The successful candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and a commitment to serving frail and elderly populations. This role requires effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to changing participant needs while upholding organizational values and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Experience with interdisciplinary care teams and caregiver education.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications.
This position requires travel within the service area and the ability to work effectively with diverse participants, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to promote independence, safety, and optimal functional outcomes.

Atrium Health Pain Management  is an Outpatient department that is part of its hospital campus directory. Pain Management sees adult patients who have chronic pain. Our provider team is comprised of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and our office staff includes RNs, LPNs, and MOAs. We also have a clerical team which includes an insurance authorization team and a patient registration team. We specialize in unique interventions that provide pain relief without the requirement of surgery. Â
We’re Looking For:Â
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:Â
- Previous management experience
- Pain management experience
- Ambulatory experience
Requirements:Â
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingÂ
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practicesÂ
- BSN preferred

Position Summary / Career Interest:
The Ambulatory Clinic RN Care Coordinator is a licensed registered professional nurse who is a clinical expert who provides ethical, evidence-based, safe and compassionate nursing care.  The Ambulatory Clinic RN Care Coordinator focuses on patient safety and the quality of nursing care by identifying and clarifying patient needs, performing clinic related patient care, conducting health education, promoting patient advocacy, coordinating healthcare services, and evaluating patient outcomes. The RN Care Coordinator will provide support to their assigned physicians by communicating with the patient/family/caregiver and relaying the information to the physician. They will provide support and nursing care services during the physician's clinic sessions and ensuring the patient/family/caregiver understands the plan of care. They will verify all orders placed during the clinic session have been completed and the physician has been notified of the results.Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions- Responsible for management of patient flow, triage, and direct patient care.
- Liaison of communication between front desk staff, nursing staff, physicians, and clinic manager
- Manage the care of the patient population by developing expected patient outcomes, defining appropriate resource utilization, and working with the provider to set patient goals.
- Provide nursing support/coordination to the practice to optimize patient outcomes and to improve patient’s quality of life through clinical and educational programs and/or support services.
- Support patient self-management of disease.
- Coordinate continuity of patient care with patients and families following hospital admission, discharge, and ER visits.
- Manage high risk patient care, including management of patients with multiple co-morbidities or high risk for readmission to a hospital setting, including a registry.
- Develop relationships with patients and competently uses assessment skills to identify physical, psychosocial, financial, and environmental health care needs of the patient.
- Educate the patient and appropriate ancillary personnel about the health care needs, safety issues and benefits which include patient education.
- Utilize available electronic tools, such as EMR, to efficiently document assessments, clinical finds, plans of treatment and progress toward goals.
- Observes, records and reports patient's condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to physicians. Educates patient/family about diagnostic procedures, medications, nutrition and maintenance of health and wellness.
- Maintains/reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information. Records tests and examination results and then follows up with patient. Posts tests and examination results.
- Responds to/refers incoming patient treatment-related phone calls. Instructs patient and family regarding medications and treatment instructions.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- In providing patient care, document using EMR to maintain and/or develop patient records in compliance with practice standards
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience

- Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Multi-State - State Board of Nursing Must have current active multistate state Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in state in which you live. Staff hired prior to 2/1/2024 are required to obtain a multistate state RN license from the state in which they live at the time of their next RN license renewal by 4/30/2026.

- Performs various patient positioning and transporting duties which require lifting and pushing/pulling while utilizing proper technique and assistive devices. Performs tasks related to nutritional needs of patient under direction of RN to include diet review, tray set up/removal, proper positioning and diet selection.
- Performs tasks related to maintaining skin integrity to include proper repositioning and skin care. Ensures special patient supplies and appliances are provided and maintained such as TED hose and sequential compression devices.
- Under the direction of RN and as determined by site/unit requirements, may be required to remove IVs, provide post mortem care, and bladder scans.
- Practices within policies and procedures of infection prevention by demonstrating hand hygiene and knowledge of sterile and aseptic procedures, proper disposal of contaminated materials and utilizing proper attire when in direct contact with patients in isolation.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. G. Procedural Nurse Responsibilities

2. Perform pre procedural assessment with patients by obtaining medical history via pre procedural phone call to provide patient specific instructions:
a. Assess safety and tolerability of procedural sedation.
b. Perform medication reconciliation.
c. Review procedural sedation history.
d. Provide pre procedural instructions, providing the patient with opportunity to ask clinical questions without requiring separate call back.
3. Create patient specific premedication regiment in collaboration with procedure APP.
4. Obtain IV access and preprocedural lab work.
5. Administered preprocedural procedural medications, titrating according to specific patient needs. Also administer chemotherapy and performs procedures safely and efficiently in accordance with Institute policy. May administer blood transfusions.
6. Work as co-sign to Intrathecal Chemotherapy administered by APP.
7. Assists in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patient`s physical condition.
8. Maintains awareness of procedural suite activities and works with the Procedure Suite team to maximize workflow.
9. Keeps abreast of changing techniques in procedural nursing and maintains a high level of expertise in critical care.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is at the core of our world class patient care team. - Recognize the patient or designee as the source of control and full partner in providing compassionate and coordinated care based on respect for patient preference, values, and needs.
- Elicit and communicate patient values, preferences, and expressed needs.
- Provide patient-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Engage patients or designated surrogates in active partnerships that promote health, safety and well-being, and self-care management.

- Improve the safety and quality of healthcare systems by minimizing the risk of harm to patients and the healthcare team.
- Administers medications and executes regimens as authorized by the state licensure.

- Understands and maintains a current working knowledge of scope of practice as outlined by state Board of Nursing.

- Accountable to own nursing practice by following nursing process. Assigns, directs, delegates, and supervises ancillary personnel and support staff in carrying out particular roles/functions aimed at achieving patient care goals.

- Rounds with providers.

REQUIREMENTS
- The RN in Michigan must complete twenty-five hours of continuing education, with at least two hours in pain and symptom management during the two-year period prior to the renewal of the license.

- Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required
