As a medical professional, you will provide medication management services to patients of all ages and backgrounds, both face-to-face as well as through telehealth, to do the following:
* Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions
* Conduct medication management visits with patients
* Develop a treatment plan customized based on each patient’s needs
* Monitor each patient’s progress during ongoing treatment
* Complete session notes promptly
* Assess and refer patients to specialists as needed

Mandatory Requirements:
* Valid California PA License
* 1 year experience in behavioral health
* Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for psychological treatment
* Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans
* Strong verbal communication skills to counsel and advise patients
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans
* Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes
* Organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files
* Familiarity with privacy, health, and safety laws
* Computer skills in operating record-keeping, scheduling, email, and word-processing software

Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa is seeking a fulltime MRI Technologist in our Imaging Department to perform MRI diagnostic imaging exams for our busy multi specialty clinic.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Maintain EHR documentation of examinations ordered and performed including proper pre-authorization and coding for reimbursement.
Patient exam preparation including interviewing and screening, intravenous access techniques, patient and family education, communication with referring physicians and radiologists. Additional clerical and transport functions as necessary.
Perform quality diagnostic MRI exams as defined by established protocols and best practice guidelines.
Consult with interpreting radiologist and/or ordering provider when necessary. Secures previous relating exams for comparison.
Under the supervision of a physician, performs intravenous contrast injections hand techniques and power injector usage.
Proficient in exam archiving, exam navigation, exam exporting in multiple PACS programs.
Perform other patient care duties within the scope of practice and to the departmental standards including safety related work behaviors.
Performs and maintains quality assurance testing for daily equipment and accreditation compliance. Including ACR accreditation testing.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved A.R.R.T. program with current A.R.R.T registration and Iowa Permit to Practice license in Radiography.
Board certification MRI is required.
Minimum 2 years of MRI technology clinical experience preferred.
CPR certification required- ACLS preferred.
Ability to perform all MRI procedures demonstrating sound understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology so that independent selection and modification of technical factors may produce optimal scan results.
Strong Commitment to patient care and teamwork.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency (or ability to become proficient) in EMR and related computer systems.
Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

SERVICE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Performs complete and comprehensive evaluation of patients across a broad range of hand and upper extremity diagnosis and acuities to identify patient’s level of function and to determine the treatment plan. Develops the plan of care based on evaluation findings, implementing the hand and upper extremity treatment plan.
- Provides education to patients, patient’s family members, and/or caregivers. Serves as resource to colleagues in teaching best therapy practice in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.
- Collaborates and communicates with the healthcare team modifications to patient’s treatment plan, progress, and discharge planning for achievement of identified patient specific goals.
QUALITY/SAFETY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assesses hand and upper extremity patients regularly, monitoring progress towards treatment goals, modifying goals, plan or program as indicated. Recognizes complications/limitations associated with certain procedures and proactively addresses such for optimum outcomes. Collaborates and communicates with the healthcare team modifications to patient’s treatment plan, progress, and discharge planning.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for corrective action and process improvement providing recommendations, and contributes to meeting departmental and hospital targets for quality and safety.
- Provides oversight of patient care provided by OTAs or PTA’s and Technicians, ensuring quality outcomes and the safety of the patient, adjusting activities as applicable.

Interprets the results of the assessment and their significance to the patient, family, referring physician and other members of the health care team. Demonstrates experience in clinical evaluation skills and may serve as a mentor for other clinical staff to develop their skills in evaluation techniques. • Treatment Implementation (Intermediate): Demonstrates mastery in providing treatment consistent with physician prescription and established plan of care. Able to modify treatment plan as needed to demonstrate provision of skilled therapy services including progression of treatment throughout course of care, and revision of treatment interventions of goals not met. Supervises and directs certified athletic trainers (PT only), physical therapist / occupational therapist assistants, technicians and volunteers and students. TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
• Rehab Therapist Patient Documentation (Intermediate): Demonstrates proficiency in documentation practices. Documents in the appropriate templates and utilizes only approved abbreviations within patient documentation. Meets institutional standards for quality and timeliness of documentation. May complete accurate chart audits of co-workers in the same classification category
• Treatment Planning & Goal Setting (Intermediate): Demonstrates mastery in developing a plan of care that incorporates treatment interventions focused on meeting objective goals. Develops and documents patient focused short and long term goals that are functional and measurable. Identifies the need for and referral to other services, as needed. • Rehabilitation Therapist Patient Evaluation (Intermediate): Demonstrates mastery in evaluating patients with physical deficits including impairments, developmental disabilities, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function by obtaining information pertinent to the assessment and administering and scoring standardized tests and objective measures of deficit areas. Selects appropriate measures and performs a functional assessment to document patient's status requiring skilled therapy. Interprets the results of the assessment and their significance to the patient, family, referring physician and other members of the health care team. Demonstrates experience in clinical evaluation skills and may serve as a mentor for other clinical staff to develop their skills in evaluation techniques. Contributes to the development of best practices for the organization. May consult with team members to implement new procedures.
• Treatment Implementation (Intermediate): Demonstrates mastery in providing treatment consistent with physician prescription and established plan of care. Able to modify treatment plan as needed to demonstrate provision of skilled therapy services including progression of treatment throughout course of care, and revision of treatment interventions of goals not met. Supervises and directs certified athletic trainers (PT only), physical therapist / occupational therapist assistants, technicians and volunteers and students. Selects and follows correct protocol for care, as established, and actively seek out, utilize and mentor/teach others on current evidence based treatment strategies. May consult with team members to offer suggestions for treatment strategies. May serve as a clinical content expert for practice area, initiates consultation with team members for advanced treatment of patients, develop forum for staff members to utilize clinical expertise.
• Physical/Occupational Therapist Patient Education (Intermediate): Demonstrates mastery in communicating functional impact of assessment findings, treatment interventions, treatment planning diagnosis, and disease process. Able to adapt communication to needs/level of understanding of audience and share appropriate information/literature. May supervise, educate and train students from professional programs of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and athletic training and/or students and staff from other departments. Patient Assessment and Treatment: Patient Assessment and Treatment: Performs patient evaluations and treatments in alignment with the Occupational Therapy Practice Act and

As a member of the direct patient care team, the CHT position provides patient care directly and through delegation to Occupational or Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) and Technicians and has responsibility for patient care delivered by assigned OTAs or PTAs and Technicians, delivering exceptional patient care with adherence to safety standards and guidelines to ensure optimal patient safety, customer service, and optimum patient outcomes. This position serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced hand and upper extremity staff to include other Occupational or Physical Therapists, assistants and technicians, and may act as a clinical instructor to OT or PT and OTA or PTA students, Residents, and Fellows.

Job Description:
The Supervisor is responsible for supervising operational activities and providing clinical management of rehab services to the patient populations served by the facility. This shall include the direction, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of the professional staff, supportive staff, and students providing rehab services to patients. The Supervisor will also perform the duties of a clinical therapist.
The Supervisor will promote smooth operations, prompt and effective response to problems/concerns, continued department development, and program expansion. This position is also responsible for coordination of interdepartmental functions and activities to ensure smooth and effective operations consistent with the objectives of the department, the facility, and of the Frazier Rehab Institute.
Essential Functions:
- Communicates patient status by providing timely written or verbal communication to physicians and therapy customers
- Consistently establishes and maintains effective working relations with, patients and family members, internal customers, and external customers
- Demonstrates an understanding of the financial implications of treatment costs and resources on the department/facility by consistently working to provide cost effective treatment programming to served populations
- Ensures that patient charges and corresponding clinical documentation are in compliance with regulatory standards and department policies and procedures
- Supervises department personnel for one - two locations in a manner that ensures the highest quality of services and according to organization and department policies and procedures
- Develops a department personnel schedule to maintain adequate staffing to provide services to the patients at the facility. Works with other facility managers to ensure effective use of staff throughout the organization
- Monitors and reviews work of personnel to ensure that productivity, standards of practice, and regulatory requirements are consistently met
- Effectively coaches and counsels department personnel to facilitate optimum team member performance

Position Purpose

Performs basic nutritional support to patients such as bed set up, assistance with feeding, and collection and documentation of intake and calorie count as appropriate.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for overseeing inventory management activities for assigned departments or clinical programs. Key duties include distributing and managing supplies to ensure that medical products, linens, and equipment are adequately stocked and ready for clinical use. The role also involves day-to-day management of inventory for the assigned department, facility, or clinical program, ensuring seamless operations and availability of necessary supplies.

Essential Functions
- Performs inventory control on stock and non-stock items (e.g., sets par levels, identifies and adjusts to trends) for assigned units. Keeps supplies binned and organized. Acts as liaison between Supply Chain and assigned department, facility, or clinical program.
- Orders and delivers supplies for assigned department, facility, or clinical program using appropriate technology, systems, and suppliers.
- Communicate information concerning supply levels, new products, standardization, and implementation relevant to the department staff. Troubleshoots issues for problem resolution.
- Responsible for Par Location Management, PIRS Replenishment, Location Maintenance, Delivery, Label maintenance and Kanban visuals.
- Monitors quantity on hand issues reconciling and solves any discrepancies.
- Utilizes the SCIS system ensuring distribution, inventory, receiving, departmental files, and reports are managed in accordance with Auditing, Accounting, and other regulatory agencies.
- Ensures compliance with policy and standard operating procedures.
- Reviews daily, weekly and monthly reports for assigned locations.

Required Qualifications
- Six Months of related Materials Management experience.
