Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Outpatient · 1:1 Care
Build a pelvic health career in a clinic where the model actually supports the work.
Fitness Matters is looking for a Physical Therapist with a passion for pelvic health to join our team. This is a strong fit for a clinician who wants to treat the whole person, build meaningful patient relationships, and practice in a setting that prioritizes clinical autonomy, collaboration, and individualized care.
Our practice has served the community since 2000 and offers physical therapy and wellness services under one roof, including orthopedic PT, pelvic health, Pilates, postpartum care, and incontinence therapy. Our pelvic health treatment model is private, confidential, one-on-one, and rooted in empathy, education, and patient trust.
This is a role where you will have the space to think clinically, connect with your patients, and make a lasting impact.
Why This Role Stands Out
Pelvic health is deeply personal work. Patients are often navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, bowel or bladder dysfunction, diastasis recti, hip and low back pain, or return-to-activity concerns. They need a therapist who can listen well, educate clearly, and create a plan that feels both clinically sound and realistic for their life.
You’ll support patients through a range of pelvic health needs, from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to pelvic pain, bowel and bladder concerns, core dysfunction, post-surgical recovery, and return-to-activity goals. The work is personal, meaningful, and rooted in trust, education, and individualized care.
What You Can Expect
1:1 patient care in a private practice setting
No weekends
Schedule flexibility
Dynamic incentive pay model that gives providers greater control over their earning potential and an attainable track to 6-figure income!
A collaborative team of PTs, Pilates instructors, personal trainers, and wellness providers
Clinical autonomy with the support of experienced peers
A growing pelvic health program with strong community need
A setting that values education, trust, and individualized treatment
Annual continuing education allowance
In-house continuing education courses
Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), disability & voluntary insurance offerings
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Bring
Pelvic health training, experience, or strong interest in the pelvic health population
Comfort treating patients with empathy, discretion, and professionalism
Strong communication and patient education skills
A desire to keep learning and growing clinically
Confidence working with a variety of patient needs and backgrounds
A collaborative mindset
Level 1 Pelvic Health Certification preferred
Who Thrives Here
You may be a great fit if you are a PT who wants more than a packed schedule and rushed visits. You enjoy building trust with patients, thinking through complex presentations, and helping people feel safe, capable, and hopeful in their bodies again.
This is an opportunity to grow in pelvic health while working in a clinic that values quality care, clinical development, and true collaboration.
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring
DPT and state PT license (or eligibility).
Passion for pelvic health-anything from strong curiosity to advanced certifications.
Warm, collaborative communication style with patients, physicians, and teammates.
Let’s redefine women’s and pelvic wellness - together.
Pay Range: USD $85,000.00 - USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
