This is a deeply meaningful, patient- and family-centered role embedded within a pediatric hematology and oncology ambulatory care setting. As the sole social worker on a close-knit team, you will walk alongside families during some of the most challenging seasons of their lives — connecting them with foundations, financial resources, and community support to ease the everyday burdens that don't stop when treatment does. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including patient navigators and a child life specialist
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 130 hrs per month (30 hrs per week).
