We offer 4 days/week 32-40 hours @ $45-$50 per hour. With production bonuses hourly wages can reach to $60 plus/hr. Quarterly office bonuses, individual production bonuses, paid vacation days, 401 (k) with matching, health stipend, uniforms, and dental benefits.

We are located in Townsend, MT,( which is 35 miles from Helena, MT and 60 miles from Bozeman, MT), on Canyon Ferry Lake.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleaning, scaling, and patient education to promote oral health and prevent disease.
* Perform chairside assisting as needed and manage patient flow, maintaining efficiency and comfort during procedures.
* Assess patients, document findings, and maintain accurate records in EMR/EHR while complying with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care; explain procedures and post-care instructions clearly.
* Assist with general dentistry tasks, operate dental equipment safely, and support clinicians during examinations and therapies.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist with comprehensive patient education and care. New graduates are also encouraged to apply.
* Proficient in dental terminology, EMR/EHR documentation, and HIPAA compliance
* Knowledge of general dentistry workflows, patient assessment, and maintaining patient confidentiality
* Familiarity with dental equipment operation and basic medical/dental imaging; ability to perform vital signs and pediatric considerations

The Laurel Eye Clinic has a full-time career opportunity available as an Ophthalmic Technician.
This position is based out of the Mercer office, but candidates must be willing to work flexible hours and travel to provide coverage at other Laurel Eye Clinic locations as needed such as the Grove City office. Travel benefits are provided.
Candidates must be positive, team oriented individuals dedicated to providing excellent patient care. Primary duties include:
data collection and documentation in EHR
chair-side doctor assistance
performing diagnostic tests as required by the doctors
Certified Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician, LPN, medical assistant or individual with medical office experience preferred. Training will be provided. Employment applications are available at www.laureleye.com. EOE
Requirements:
Monitors clinical flow checking for patient arrival and maintains a steady stream of patients to the doctor.
Properly introduces themselves and acquaints patients with the office procedures, informs them of the purpose of all tests to be performed and how they will be affected during these tests.
Obtains and documents patient history to include chief complaint, history of present illness, past history (ocular and general), family history (ocular and general), and history of allergies and medications.
Performs accurate and consistent documentation and measurement of the following tasks: visual acuities, pinhole test, cover test, version test, pupil assessment, auto refraction; and as needed manifest refractions, schirmer tear test, color vision test, and stereo test.
Accurately reads all patient’s prescriptions on lensometer and properly cleans materials prior to returning to patient.
Performs external slit lamp exam, tonometry, visual fields, optical coherence tomography (OCT) and pachymetry.
Retrieves contact lens trials for fitting and performs insertion and removal education with the patient as requested by the doctor.
May be required to perform advanced skills for biometry, topography, photography, and keratometry.
Dilates patients with appropriate medications and technique.
Assists with office minor procedures, including room set-up, cleaning, and consenting patients.
Prepares biopsies/cultures for the lab and call the lab for pick-up of sample or transport to lab as necessary.
Cleans and stocks exam rooms.
Answers patient or co-worker questions, including telephone inquiries and patient complaints.
Responsible for all clinic equipment; ensure it is functioning properly; request repairs and maintenance, as needed.
Provides back-up support to other technicians and scribes, including following up with patients.
Provides patient education as needed including, but not limited to: use of Amsler grid testing with patient for at-home monitoring or any and all physician-generated patient instructions.
Escorts patient to check-out upon completion of exam.
Maintains presence in exam area, when not actively working with a patient, to assist doctor or transport patient.
Obtains a wide-ranging fund of knowledge applicable to ophthalmic care, including terminology, common abbreviations, and disease signs, symptoms, and treatments.

The Lead RT is scheduled for regular staff assignments and delivers safe, competent pulmonary care, via multiple modalities, to patients under the direction of the physician and in accordance with standards of practice, regulatory and licensure standards, and within hospital policies and procedures. Job Requirements
Active Licensed Respiratory Therapist in good standing, in state of employment.
Active National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credential per state requirements.
Current ACLS certification.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum of one year of related work experience.

*What You'll Do*
As a Licensed RVT at EHVS, you will fully utilize your technical skills, including:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The objective of the staff physician position is to establish a comprehensive, community-based, family-centered, primary care program. The overall program will be designed to: a) improve access to a comprehensive range of high-quality primary care services; and b) improve health outcomes through an integrated delivery model focusing on prevention and health maintenance, health education, and evidence based chronic disease management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a plan of care for each patient, including: Complete medical history, physical examination, diagnosis of the causes of injuries and illnesses, appropriate treatment and/or referral
Stress the importance of preventative medicine and utilizes all available resources, such as laboratory and radiologic testing as aids in diagnosing and confirming or denying the presence of disease
Practice medicine by caring for patients without discrimination as regards to age, race, color, national origin, ethnicity, sex, sexual preference, weight, handicap or income
Immunize and vaccinate patients against communicable diseases as recommended and required by the standard of care as it from time to time is updated
Confer with consulting physicians, nurses, patients and patients' relatives concerning treatment and care of patients, using good care and diligence as to confidentiality
Refer those cases which require specialist services, adhering to managed care contracts, principles, guidelines, using established and approved provider networks, and maintain responsibility for assuring that those services are required
Participate in practice development, quality assurance, peer review, and staff meetings/activities as deemed necessary by the CMO and/or the CEO
Cooperate and collaborate with other medical providers and support staff at the practice site to support effective communications and continuous improvement of the site’s clinical operation
Maintain accurate and concise documentation of all patient encounters on a timely basis, in such manner and form as determined by CHC, third party payers, federal funding and national accreditation agencies with which CHC has agreements and/or obligations
Provide services to a full patient panel, with a minimum of 1,500 active patients per provider FTE (Active patients shall be defined as those individuals who have had at least one completed medical encounter in the past two years. If the physician wishes to “close” practice to new patients, the minimum full panel of patients shall be attained, and agreement with the CMO and Chief Executive Officer must be obtained in writing)
Comply with the Federal Standards as outlined in the Bureau’s Provider Productivity Initiative Review (PPIR) as it pertains to the provider aspects of productivity/performance (In particular, for a full-time physician: a minimum of 4,200 encounters per fiscal year [as established by Medicare], cost per medical encounter compliance under the federal threshold as calculated each fiscal year)
Provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care throughout all major life cycles (except in the case of a provider specialty that limits the practice to a specific age, gender, or patient type), in all applicable care settings, including but not limited to: ambulatory outpatient; consultation; assistance to other providers, including mentoring and supervision; community medicine, such as sports physicals or services performed as a “Good Samaritan”; and services as defined/required by hospitals for admitting privileges or by contracts/agreements, i.e., third party payers, in which CHC participates
Perform other duties and services which may benefit patients and members of the community, or who could be patients of CHC, or which facilitates the provision of services to patients of the Corporation
Adhere to and provides services in accordance with the: a) mission of the Corporation; b) established and accepted standards of care; c) any clinical protocols and operational guidelines established by the Corporation; and c) terms and conditions as set forth in the Federal Grant, accrediting and licensing bodies (i.e. credentialing)
Cooperate with the Department of Justice in the defense of claims (including access to all pertinent documents, patient information and records). Furthermore, as the department of Justice requires, cooperate in providing information related to all previous malpractice claims as permitted by law and court action
Collaborate with Administration in the development and implementation of practice-specific strategic and operational plans

EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE
The Director of Family Medicine, in conjunction with the CMO, will provide ongoing feedback as well as formal reports on all aspects of performance including: productivity, efficiency; knowledge and techniques of medical diagnosis and treatment, including knowledge of medications and tests; referral patterns; patient rapport; supervisory ability; record maintenance; adherence to Corporate policies, procedures and directives; and interaction with peer, support and administrative staffs.

Job Responsibilities
Comprehends, interprets, and follows medical prescriptions for Occupational Therapy. Applies the accepted principles, methods, and procedures of measurement, prediction, and evaluation tests to assess patient’s strengths and limitations, and assists patient to achieve objective short and long term goals. Demonstrates knowledge of side effects and complications of services provided.
Administers and interprets clinical occupational therapy services for assigned patients. Adjusts treatments according to patient's response to planned occupational therapy treatment protocol.
Maintains accurate records of each patient's treatment, progress, and/or regression according to the Service Delivery Standard using paper or electronic systems, as necessary. Maintains all necessary records required to meet the criteria established by reimbursement and regulatory agencies. Maintains confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
Establishes and maintains effective working relationship with patients, their families, and other staff personnel. Participates in patient care conferences with other professionals involved in the management of cases. Provides patient/family education, as needed.
Participates in planning decisions for patient's post-discharge placement. Makes appropriate referrals and follows up to ensure proper placement and programming of patient. Interfaces with vendor to provide needed durable medical equipment.
Provides direction to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), departmental support staff, departmental clerical staff (as duties relate to treatment), occupational therapy students, and volunteers.
Has knowledge of and participates in departmental and organizational initiatives for performance improvement (PI).
Meets defined individual and departmental productivity targets as defined by clinical service areas.
Comply with proper hand hygiene protocols to ensure patient safety.
Position Qualifications
Minimum Required
Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy, receiving applicable degree or certificate in occupational therapy course of study, with Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Possession of a NYS license or eligibility to be licensed as an occupational therapist.
CPR certification within first 3 months of employment.
Preferred
Master’s Degree; Clinical experience in a hospital-based setting.
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Certified.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) provides high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to incarcerated individuals, including mental health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotropic medication management. Working within a correctional healthcare setting, the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive mental health treatment and continuity of care. This role plays a critical part in addressing the unique mental health needs of the incarcerated population while ensuring compliance with facility protocols, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
How YOU can Make an Impact:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and risk screenings to diagnose mental health conditions and determine appropriate levels of care.
Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health and co-occurring disorders.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines, clinical protocols, and collaborative care practices.
Monitor patient response to psychiatric medications and adjust treatment regimens as clinically indicated.
Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms, including suicidal ideation or self-injurious behaviors.
Collaborate closely with behavioral health staff, medical providers, and custody to support integrated care and ensure safety, continuity, and quality of services.
Participate in mental health multidisciplinary team meetings, treatment planning conferences, and case reviews.
Document all patient encounters, assessments, treatments, and progress notes accurately and timely in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) per regulatory and facility standards.
Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements, HIPAA regulations, and ethical principles in psychiatric care.
Educate patients on their mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication adherence; promote patient engagement in their own care.
Support professional development of nursing and mental health staff by providing consultation, mentorship, and clinical guidance on psychiatric conditions and care approaches.
Provide on-call psychiatric coverage as assigned to meet facility and patient care needs, including after-hours support when necessary.
Promote a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally competent approach to mental health care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to psychiatric care, mental health documentation, and outcomes monitoring.

What we Ask of YOU:
A current, valid, and unrestricted state license, certification, and/or credential authorizing practice in the applicable clinical role (e.g., MD, DO, DDS, DMD, NP, PA, RN, LPN, LMHP, etc.) is required.
A High School diploma or GED is required.
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a concentration or certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP) is required.
A current, valid DEA registration with authority to prescribe controlled substances, including psychotropic medications, is required.
Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) by a nationally recognized certifying body (e.g., ANCC) is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience as an NP, with at least 2 years focused on psychiatric or behavioral health care; correctional healthcare or work with underserved populations is highly preferred.
Experience in psychiatric assessments, medication management, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential.
Active CPR/BLS certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines).
