-Duties-
* Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
* Take dental x-rays
* Double Hygiene (when needed)
* SRP and Laser Therapy
* Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations.
* Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories
* Administer Anesthetic for dental procedures
* Use aseptic techniques to maintain sterile environment
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPPA regulations.
-Requirements-
* Valid dental hygiene license in Washington State
* Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
* CPR and Anesthesia Certifications
* Familiarity with dental office procedures and protocols
* Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation requirements
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Develops, implements and adjusts a conditioning/rehabilitation plan of care in partnership with the client, representative, caregiver(s) and physician(s)
Tests and screens the client's physical strength to assist the physician in evaluating the patient's level of function
Educates and instructs client, family members or other client representatives, about exercise programs and therapeutic procedures to be continued by client
Accurately documents observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Give direct patient care as prescribed including evaluation and treatment planning
Review physician's referral and patient's medical records to help determine diagnosis and physical therapy treatment required
Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enter information into computer
Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation
Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit
Participate in educational activities of the service
Participate in clinical studies
Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Graduation from an approved Physical Therapy curriculum
Current and valid California Physical Therapist license (required)
Recent work experience in home health (preferred), Driver’s License, Car Insurance, Car Registration
Strong clinical assessment, organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgement
Must have the ability to work well under pressure and stay calm and focused in emergent situations
Be highly self-motivated and results-driven
A desire for further education to keep up with the ever changing medical advances

JOB SUMMARY
General Description: Responsible for providing a wide range of mental health services to families with children that have emotional disturbances requiring intensive intervention using family and group treatment methods.
Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for the evaluation and diagnoses of recipients. Provide services for families with children, within the home and the community, that have emotional disturbances requiring intensive intervention. Provide crisis intervention at the appropriate settings. Provide individual, mental, family and group therapy based on the person centered
plan and best practice standards. Other responsibilities include case management, consultation, and education. Provide consultation and coordination of services with other community agencies such as the Family Court and The Department of Human Services. Requires the ability to work with multiple agencies to facilitate community treatment plans and to work without direct supervision. Stays current with professional credentialing and knowledge base within scope of practice. Participate in staff meetings, committees and professional development activities. May be required to serve children aged 0 to 3.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS
General Education
Graduate School: Master's Degree
Major: Social Work, Counseling, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy
Courses: Clinical areas, professional ethics.
Training: Cognitive Behavior Treatment, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Care
training preferred.
Job-Related Experience: Sufficient experience working with children and families. Experience
with relevant population in a community mental health setting and Infant Mental Health
experience preferred.
Licenses and Certifications: Michigan state licensure. Valid driver's license while operating
vehicle on agency business.
If serving children age 0 to 3: Master's degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited school, training, and experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families. Must qualify for a MDHHS Waiver of Provider Qualifications, if not currently endorsed at Level 2 or 3 by the Michigan Association of Infant Mental Health. Must
minimally have Endorsement Level 2 by the Michigan Association of Infant Mental Health; Level 3 preferred within 2 years of hiring. Must be a QIDP if serving children with a developmental disability.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Knowledge: Knowledge of community resources and systems, family dynamics and various procedures in petitioning for guardianship and commitment to psychiatric hospitals. Knowledge of various programs in the areas of health, mental health and social welfare. Knowledge of the characteristics and social aspects of mental health and emotional disturbances, developmental disabilities, psychopathology, family dynamics, social problems, community resources and interventions. Knowledge of child development research and its application in treatment.
Skills: Provides various modes of treatment to individuals, groups and families. Keeps abreast of current research literature and applies to practical situations with recipients. Computer experience with Windows environment to include clinical software. Telephone and communication skills.

and groups and consult with other community agencies.
Physical Demands: Light Work - involves periods of sitting or standing interspersed with driving, walking and providing services. Travel is required daily.
Work Environment: Work is performed in residences or other community settings and may involve dealing with people under very trying or difficult circumstances.

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking experienced Licensed Psychologists to provide autism diagnostic evaluations through flexible 1099 partnerships.
Keep your existing practice and add consistent evaluation volume. ALP supports intake, scheduling, and insurance billing so you can focus on high-quality evaluations, clinical autonomy, and helping families get answers sooner.

* Less administrative work: ALP supports intake, scheduling, and insurance billing.
* Clinical autonomy: Maintain independent professional judgment throughout the diagnostic process.
* Meaningful impact: Help young children and families access answers sooner. Families are not required to pursue ABA services through ALP after an evaluation.
*What You'll Do*
* Conduct autism diagnostic evaluations for pediatric patients, provide family feedback and recommendations, and complete the diagnostic report.
* Evaluate children with autism and developmental concerns, including Early Intervention populations.
* Use appropriate standardized assessment tools within scope of licensure.
* Complete finalized reports within 24 hours of the family feedback appointment.
* Support virtual and in-person evaluations based on patient, payer, and market needs.
*What We're Looking For*
* PsyD, PhD or LPA in Psychology
* Active psychologist license in the state where services will be provided.
* Autism diagnostic evaluation experience.
* Pediatric assessment experience, including children under age 5.
* Ability to support some in-person evaluations in the designated market at ALP Centers.
