Our licensed SLPs evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment to help our skilled nursing residents and patients restore speech, improve cognition, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent disabilities - supporting our residents’ and short-term rehab patients’ recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.

_*Responsibilities of Speech Therapists:*_

* Perform resident evaluations, provide direct therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans.

* Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life.

* Submits timely and accurate documentation.

_*Background and Expertise of a Speech Therapist:*_

* Current *Speech Therapist license* in the state of Pennsylvania.

* Graduate of an accredited SLP program.

* Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.

* Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

*$ 5,000 Sign on bonus *for full time.

As a *Registered Nurse (RN)*, you will have the ability to provide high quality care for residence here at Concordia. Some of those responsibilities include:

* Administering medications
* Completing accurate and timely resident assessments and documentation
* Coordinating resident care under the direction of the resident’s physician
* Supervising resident care, treatment, and procedures

Competitive starting wage for *Registered Nurse -* *RN*s at $41/hour (more offered with experience), and shift differentials at $5.00 an hour for afternoon/evening and $3.00 an hour for night shifts along with a $3.00/hour weekend differential for all shifts.

*Registered Nurse (RN)* requirements include:

* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania
* CPR Certified
* Leadership Ability
* Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
