*Job Summary*

*Certified Hand Therapy Services, LLC * is seeking an experience Certified Hand Therapist to join our specialized outpatient clinic in Boulder, CO.

Our therapist owned practice focuses exclusively on the evaluation and treatment of upper-extremity conditions. We treat a diverse and active patient population, including post operative patients and individuals with complex hand and upper extremity conditions.

*Responsibilities*

* Assess patients’ hand and upper extremity conditions through comprehensive occupational therapy or physical therapy evaluations, including anatomy and physiology knowledge.
* Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving daily activities.
* Provide patient care by guiding therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and custom orthosis fabrication and fitting.
* Document clinical findings accurately in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards and medical terminology.

*Experience*

* Current Colorado OT or PT license and CHT credential.
* Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating upper extremity conditions.
* Experience with post operative upper extremity rehabilitation and custom orthosis fabrication.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
* Dependable, collaborative, and committed to providing high-quality individualized care.

Pay: $48.00 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
