Cedar Springs Dental is growing and seeking a compassionate, patient-focused *Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)* to join our team.

*Requirements*

* *Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license*
* Strong communication and patient education skills
* Positive attitude and team-first mindset

*Schedule*

* Monday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (or 5:00 PM)
* Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
* Fridays currently not required
* Part time or Full time

*Compensation & Benefits*

* *Starting at $40+/hour*
* 32-36 hours per week
* 401(k) with up to 5% match

*Responsibilities*

* Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
* Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
* Build trust and long-term patient relationships
* Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
* Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver excellent patient care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 36.0 per week
