Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team at Carriage Square Rehab and Healthcare Center in St. Joseph, MO. As a member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will deliver high-level resident care and support our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services. Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to assigned patients, including administering and documenting medications and treatments

Assist physicians and others with diagnostics and procedures

Support and educate patients and families with care instructions

Collaborate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

Monitor and report patient vital signs, symptoms, and conditions

Document observations and responses to nursing care

Maintain a safe, comfortable, and clean environment

Support unit management and serve as charge nurse when assigned

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
