We have a notably lower productivity expectation compared to the often higher productivity pressures in other settings, providing you with unparalleled flexibility to determine your caseload size and prioritize your work-life balance in your professional practice. And for those driven to excel and increase their income, our transparent productivity compensation system rewards higher productivity with substantial additional earnings.
